I thought it was odd that the picture on the front label depicts a beige/brownish powder. I was concerned, because my previous experiences with Moringa Leaf Powders, the powder was always a green color. As you can see in the attached photos, the color the product powder is indeed a rich green color. Additionally, it behaves like my previous experiences with moringa leaf powder. It reasonably blends into a liquid, but leaves a residue on the walls of the cup/mug. It works well in smoothies, the thickness holding the powder in suspension much better. The product label has a number of badges: Cruelty-Free, Halal, Vegan, ISO 9002 (International Organization), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), India Organic certification and USDA Organic. These are all worthwhile notations. I appreciate the ISO 9002, GMP, India Organic and USDA Organic certifications, they indicate commitment to the integrity and purity of the ingredients and processing. They check off important quality control, assurance concerns. The Moringa Powder performed exactly as expected. It has the expected taste, as well. I feel this is a quality moringa powder product, earning 4.5 stars and a high level recommendation.

My wife tried this sublingually like it said on the package and ended up vomiting in the sink. She said the flavor is horrendous. We are still going to give this a chance because we understand the power of Moringa. We will just have to mask it in a smoothie or something.

Having listened to Jed Fahey and read about his research into broccoli sprouts and moringa, I try to incorporate both into my daily diet. This moringa powder from Herbs Botanica is assumed to be sourced and packaged in India. Their ad states non-gmo and organic. It smells and tastes good and at 1/4 to 1/4 teaspoon is very easy to add to many foods. From the Herbs Botanica website: "Moringa Leaf.
