Are these decals transparent? I am looking for non transparent decals.

These decals are not transparent

Can the decals be placed on a appliances? Ex. Washer/dryer

They do stick, however the clear edge that is not visible when placed on a painted surface is noticeable on stainless steel and white appliances. I moved one of mine and checked.

Will these stick & not come off the seat of a chair? Or will they come off when someone sits on them? Wanting to use on the seat of my mom’s walker.

Yes they would stick on your mom’s chair. As long as the edges are are sealed I don’t see why it would come off. When you’re ready to take it off they easily come up.😃

Can these work on an slightly uneven surface?

Yes, I placed on a wall that has slightly bumpy surface and it has stayed on for months now. It looks great, I was really pleased with it😃
