what is the shelf life

The Chaga extract says shelf life 3 months....this one says one year....this one has a slight flavor the extract had no flavor. Hard to says which is best. For a year I brewed my Chaga and drank about 2 cups per day....then stopped and within 6 months had the only Cold or Flue of my entire life of 80 years...Yes, I am back on Chaga but after being ill for 6 week, I am starting to recover. I will not go without my Chaga EVER again....just trying to find out what is best, Brewed, Tincture or Extract. My doctor is not thrilled about my using Chaga and told me in his knowledge it is a Steroid and my wellness is not real.....I am happy with Unreal....feels better than Real Sick

This company used to make lions mane powder which was hands down the best on the market. How does the tincture compare? Powder in the future?

Thank you for the kind words! Unfortunately it didn't sell that well and that's why we discontinued it. This tincture is great though because it's dual-extracted with both hot water and alcohol for maximum potency. It's also grown in California. You can always give it a try and if you don't like it we'll take it back! We may bring back a pure Lion's Mane powder in the future if the demand is there ;)

How do I calculate the dosage? Is a "dopper" one full entire dopper tube full or is it one squirt into the tube?

Yes one entire dropper tube or as much as you can get into the dropper with one squeeze. Though as you get towards the bottom of the bottle it will be difficult to get a whole dropper full.

Can it be mixed with cold water?

Why not? I add it to cold tonic water, hot coffee, hot cereal. My energy drink which is cold in summer and warm in winter. I would add it to just about anything.
