Is there an option for a more spill proof lid

Hi there Roxy, To be honest I never thought of it so when I received your email I went to test my cup . I filled it up with water and turned it upside down to see what happens and you are correct its not spill proof ,I shook it a bit and it leaked quite a bit . Aside from that I have to say I absolutely love my overpriced mug. Hope this helps
