Massive results very pleased
Very easy to follow instructions. I kept mine in the bathroom and ran the shower on hot for a few minutes a few times a day . Not a lot happens for the first 9 or 10 days but then it has exploded. I've dated every picture to let you have an idea what I've been seeing. Day 15 is what I have today as I write this review. The lions mane mushroom is way outgrowing the box now and looks very healthy indeed. It's still not ready to harvest yet and I expect will be much bigger by harvesting time. An excellent kit and as long as you do what it says on the box you too should have great results. It's been fun and interesting to watch the development of this very easy to use kit and one I recommend if your want to try growing your own mushrooms. I will be using foragers table grow kits again and hopefully get similar successful results.

Awesome Mushroom in the making!
Having such a great time nurturing my first Lions Mane Mushroom. You can literally see him growing more each day. Not quite 2 weeks since I got the kit and he is already an impressive specimen. Will certainly get some more kits from Foragers Table!

Great but keep an eye on it
Bought as a christmas gift, package was slightly damaged but I didn't think too much of it, however, as I came to wrap it the mushroom has started growing. Send back if the box is broken, Ill have to get a new gift now

Excellent - very pleased!
Photo shows second crop. Got a small cauliflower sized mushroom x 2 so far. Just kept it near the kitchen sink as humidity is high and spritzed with spring water using the bottle provided. (Tap water made it a bit yellow probably due to chlorine in tap water - use bottled water for best result). Takes about a week to grow. Really fun way to introduce children to mycology. Eating - coat with egg wash and crumb in seasoned panko, deep fry add sweet and sour sauce - tastes just like chicken!

Definitely works maybe.
I have always wanted to try growing my own mushrooms, and after years of saying it I finally bought a kit. I followed the instructions written on the box exactly, and diligently attended to it twice a day, so I was pretty bummed out when it IMMEDIATELY DIED. I gave it a few days grace, then sadly put the box in the shed and forgot about it. When the mourning period was over, I went in to try turning it around and starting again... but realised it was somehow growing out the back all on its own. I opened the back of the box fully, sprayed it once, and then left it for a week. Bam. Beautiful healthy lion's mane mushroom. I didn't grow it, or witness the magic, but I do have a big mushroom, so I guess that's all that matters.

Not worth the effort.
Not at all impressed with this. For the money you don't get much off it. You're better buying it already grown.

Buy it. It’s amazing.
I’m amazed. It’s brilliant. Really simple to use. If you have any Q’s you can use their Instagram page too. Highly recommend and I will be buying more kits. (The mushroom actually seems to grow before your eyes. I got home from work, sprayed & checked the mushroom, started cooking tea. By the time I’d finished cooking, it was bigger. Honestly!) I put mine on top of the kitchen boiler. Sprayed twice a day and kept it relatively dark but with access to natural light from the window. I found that it grew much quicker once I moved it from the kitchen counter, to a warmer spot. I didn’t harvest it to eat although that was my intention. I felt cruel (I know I sound daft) I’ll crop and grow another one from the same kit and eat that one. Highly recommend.
