So glad I bought this. The inner child is thriving.
This is one my absolute favorite toys now. I recommend wearing protective gear while learning. It is quite fun to ride. The tires are solid. It is Bluetooth capable. And also has lights. Easy to charge. No assembly required. Sized to accommodate adult weight. Speed easily adjusts.

Worth the price for sure!
I absolutely love this hoverboard! The Gyroor Warrior 8.5โ is way more fun than I thought it would be. Itโs fast, super sturdy, and honestly feels like a little tank on wheels. The platform is really stable, so even if youโre new to hoverboards, it doesnโt wobble or feel sketchy at all. I was riding confidently after just a few minutes. What surprised me most is how smooth it feels โ whether Iโm cruising on pavement, grass, or even gravel, it glides right over everything without losing balance. It handles bumps and uneven ground way better than cheaper boards Iโve tried before. The built-in Bluetooth speaker is such a cool touch โ blasting music while riding around makes it even more fun. And the LED lights look amazing at night. Theyโre not just for show either; they make you easier to see when it gets dark. Battery life is solid, charging is quick, and it feels really durable overall. Itโs got enough power to climb small hills and keep a steady ride the whole time. If youโre thinking about getting a hoverboard, this oneโs a winner. Super fun, super stable, and built to last โ I canโt stop riding it. Easily a 5-star product.

Testing the New G2 Hoverboard Warrior
We feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to test the Groor G2 hoverboard! My boys, ages 10 and 12, have had an absolute blast riding it. Itโs sturdy, made with high-quality, durable materials, and truly feels built to last. Even my husband couldnโt resist taking it for a spin! The ride is smooth, itโs easy to use, and itโs been a huge hit with our whole family. Weโre now just waiting on our rebate, and the experience has been great so far. If youโre looking for a reliable hoverboard from a company that stands behind its products, I highly recommend the Groor G2. We couldnโt be happier with the quality and performance!

A Premium Product well worth the Premium Price.
Bought two of these - one each for each of my two grandsons, ages 8 and 10. Did a lot of research before deciding on this model and this brand. Came well packaged, easy out of the box. Initial impression was very well made, solid and precision construction. A real vehicle vs. just a toy. Youngest tried first, and within 10 minutes was moving and turning independently. Older grandson, more cautious, was equally quick to catch on. Before long they were fully capable of playing "hockey" on the hoverboards - forward, reverse, spinning, stopping. Great alternate to the sedation intoxication of video games. I believe my initial concern about the weight of the boards actually contributes to the steadiness under power. The large rubber wheels and significant weight seem to provide a very smooth ride, even on rough terrain. Amazing how a 50 pound child can control a board that can handle over 250 pounds! These will continue to provide fun and transportation as the boys grow. After two weeks, the boys can't get enough riding. The boards hold a charge all day and get plugged in overnight. A premium product well worth the premium price. FOLLOW UP - The youngest broke his leg playing hockey so we bought him the Balancing Scooter Go Kart Attachment so he can continue to ride his hoverboard while his leg heals in a cast. Also a premium product, very well made.

If I could give it zero stars I would.
I purchased the G2 for my son for Christmas on Amazon Deal Days. Christmas Day comes and itโs opened, charged, and connected to the app. First let me express that the need for an app to be able to use the G2 is absolutely ridiculous. It should be an option, not mandatory. The ability to lower the top speed could come in handy for new users. Making a connection between the board and cell for the ability to use the speaker makes sense for a connection. But to not be able to just hop on and go is something I find to be obnoxious and unnecessary. Picture this. My sonโs big Christmas gift is finally ready for the first ride. Excitement has built up not only for him but for me! We live in a rural area so we wanted to get a board he could use around the yard. I was excited to see the $400 piece of equipment in action! Initial try was horrendous. The story will be too long so let me list some of the highlights of our imminent disappointment. -Entire left side did not produce forward momentum, unbeknownst to us. My son gets on for the first ride and does a slight lean to go forward. Slow circles. Okay.. maybe itโs user error. โTry to lean forward moreโ as I say thinking my son is just favoring one side. NOPE. He sure does speed up the circles though! At this point my husband and I are laughing with our arms out making human shields trying to predict where he inevitably will be thrown off. We missed. -Connection between the app and board is exactly what you would not want it to be if you can actually get it to connect. App says Bluetooth is off when it is not. So you have to try 3-4 times before it actually connects. -The app randomly disconnects for no apparent reason. -The app says board is in motion when it is not. Frustration really kicks in after the board has beeped for the 97th and you just want to turn the board off. Canโt turn it off in the app because โitโs in motionโ while stationary. Canโt manually shut the board off because when you hit the power button it just beeps again. Hold the power button down and it is supposed to reset it. Nope! Just causes the board to beep more. -The metal on the left side wheel heats up to such a temp I put the board outside at one point. Burn the skin type of temp, no. But hot to the touch, yes. Did not want to risk it continuing its shenanigans and get too hot and either burn us or catch fire. -The โself balanceโ option does exactly the opposite. It springs the split board on either side in opposite directions. But not every time. Sometimes it would work. Like when my son was on an attempt to ride, it levels, he gets on, and proceeds to go forward. FINALLY, we thought! It goes forward a few feet and left side decides to stop instantly swinging my son into a quick 360 before he jumped off. -When board is on and ready for use sometimes you put one foot on and itโs like youโre holding the clutch attempting a burnout in the living room. I do not recommend trying to jump on if this happens. It does not mean you need to get on quicker.. -The โfault detectionโ system test says everything is in perfect working order. I beg to differ. Now, let me share my experience with GYROOR customer service. When trying to reach them your only options are email or contacting them through Facebook messenger. I chose messenger. I reach out tell them what is going on and send videos. They respond with this. โHello Courtney, Happy New Year! Sorry for the late reply. Yes, we received your videos.โ โSorry for the inconvenience, I've forwarded you to the Amazon service, and someone will follow up for you later. Thank you.โ To which I responded in confusion asking how I would be forward if they have none of my information. I also asked for further explanation as to what a โfollow upโ will entail. Iโm still waiting on a reply. All in all this was such a dreadful experience. The window to return was in November. I purchased this as a gift for Christmas in October. Had I thought a (without discount from Deal Days market price is a couple hundred more!) $400 hoverboard needed to be checked I would have. But considering you can buy them for like $60 at Walmart I assumed quality didnโt have to be questioned. I was sorely mistaken.

The best thing ive bought
Best thing Iโve bought for my 5 year old. And have bought 2 more since. Everywhere we go people ask us about these and have gotten other friends to buy 2 for their kids. It goes off road well and even holds adults well. The customer service is top of the line and has been great helping with any issues Iโve had.

Failure at 11mo, but honoring warranty
UPDATE: Support finally got back to us. They are honoring their warranty and sending replacement circuit boards promptly. Now that they are responding again, we are happy with how quickly they have been replying. Looking forward to enjoying this board again! TLDR: Watch out for proprietary components. Hoverboard repair kits won't fit the internal mounting brackets, so you have to rely on Gyroor, and you can't find these parts on their site. One side stopped working at the 11mo mark. Lights turn on, won't balance or roll on one side. Reached out to support, they were responsive at first, gave us a complex set of instructions to test a bunch of internal components and wires. Followed all instructions, sent all requested videos, now radio silence. If they won't replace the board, we'd at least like to replace the component circuit boards because (WARNING) they are proprietary! Good luck finding a hoverboard repair kit online that fits the same mounting holes. Other than this emerging customer service headache, the board itself was a treat. Worked well over both smooth and rough ground. Got the kart attachment and had a ton of fun. The app is annoying. Couldn't figure out how to get the board to stop beeping all the time, so that wasn't great, but the kids didn't mind. Range seemed fine, but would've liked a little more riding time on a full charge.

Great product
Got these hoverboards for my kids and they absolutely loved them. Durable and easy to use. The seat attachment works like a charm.

Very fun!
I ordered this hoverboard for my son because a couple of the neighbourhood kids had them. He loves it! It was easy to learn how to use and balance on and it holds its charge for a good amount of time. Highly recommended.

Words cannot express my disappointment in this product!
I have a son who can't walk so I bought this for him for mobility on rough terrain etc. It was a Christmas present so we couldn't use it til spring. We used it for 4 months then the battery died. We contacted their "Customer Support" Yes there is a 6 month warranty on the battery but we were past that unfortunately for us even if we only used if for 4 months. Anyway ok i get that. So I asked if they could tell us where to get a battery? Oh we don't have any service providers in Canada however if you call this "number" of our colleagues they can help you. The number was a dead end mailbox full, hang up. Needless to say I have spent a lot of wasted money and time on this hoverboard and Kart attachment in order to help our son and we have nothing to show for it. There it will sit in our basement taking up space. We are out $600. I write a lot of good reviews for products that deserve it and this is the first time I took the time to write a bad one. I hope this saves you from the mistake I made of getting a Gyroor Hoverboard.
