Worth it! So happy with this purchase. I have bunions and nerve damage in my feet. Its pain everyday; waking all night. I use this massager morning, when I get home from work and before bed. I am sleeping through the night for this first time in a long while.Kneading and air compression have 3 settings - low, medium and high. Great product!

Bought this unit for my wife for Christmas over a year ago and she liked it but didn't use it as much as she thought she would. It ended up under my desk and I use it all the time!I was really sad when it malfunctioned a couple of weeks ago. I contacted support for help with the malfunction, they were quick to reply and even knowing it was outside of the 1 year warranty and they kindly offered to replace the unit even though it was out of warranty. I was very surprised by that level of service.Very happy with Mountrax and there support! Looking forward to having the replacement under my desk soon!

I love using this foot massager. It is a special treat for me bring on my feet all day. I have had it 7 months and it stopped working. One day I went to use it and it wouldn’t turn on correctly. I was bummed. I reached out to the company and they said that they have a 1 year warranty and they have sent me out a new massager. I’m really happy with the customer service and hope that the replacement doesn’t have the same issue.

Months Later EDIT: After the previous two reviews - my review is back to 1 star again, unfortunately to reflect this particular model. Their customer service is great, and i LOVED this foot massager while it worked. But I regret to say that after 8.5 months, the replacement unit they sent me broke with the same exact issues. The unit turns on, the lights work, but it will not massage or do any compression. It just beeps like it's working but does nothing. When unplugged it will start kneading even if it hasn't been turned on, no other functions work, and then powering it off doesn't turn the machine off - lights go off but kneading continues. Unplugging it reverses this back to lights but no functions, etc, and the cycle continues... Looks well made, but I think there is something wrong with the overall functionality because with very good and careful treatment, unit not even being moved around, it is sad that literally 2 units will not last 3/4 of a year.EDIT: Review changed from 1 star to 5 stars because of their customer service. I wrote the review below and right away Mountrax reached out to me to make it right and offered a replacement unit. I loved the product before the first one broke and I'm hopeful with the good reviews on here that I just received a faulty unit before and this one will have no issues. Great customer service is not common anymore and so the fact that they stand behind their product brings my review up to 5 stars.Original Review:Got this as a Xmas gift and used it on average maybe once or twice a week for about 15-30 minutes. I loved it and thought it massaged well, until it suddenly and unexpectedly stopped working. It has never been moved from under the desk so it was not mistreated in any way. I simply went to turn it on and the lights come on, but it will not do anything. I then tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it kneads very quickly (buttons or remote do not work to control it) but has no heat or compression, and I cannot adjust or even turn off the kneading until I unplug it. Going to reach out to product support but otherwise very disappointed that it didn't even last 8 full months, especially for the price. It seems like a quality product but obviously lacks longevity.

I ordered this as a gift and it worked great for 11 months. The pressure was very helpful and the heating function was nice. Needless to say I was quite disappointed when, at just about a year after purchase, all of the functions but the kneading stopped working. I would plug in the machine and the kneading massagers automatically began going, but were not adjustable, and the compression feature was not working. I contacted customer support. They requested a video of the issue and offered a product replacement. Excellent customer support support! I would highly recommend for anyone who is on their feet a lot, and for the excellent customer service!

Absolutely love this foot massager. The pressure is just right—not too intense but still deep enough to relieve soreness after a long day. This was great when I first got it but it only lasted about 2 years with intermittent use. The compression feature no longer works and the heat barely works. I used it pretty regularly when I first got it, and then only from time to time after the first few months. It sat in the box for about a year before I pulled it out again, and now I'm having those issues.When it did work, I really liked it. The combo of compression and massage was a great experience for my tired feet (I stand/ walk all day for my job). However, for the price, I'd expect this to last much longer than a year or two. No longer worth the space it takes up.
