Nice looking and very functional
I was hesitant to purchase an ottoman that I hadn't seen in person, but I'm very glad I pulled the trigger. We love having the storage, and the serving tray, even though we mainly use it as a flat surface for drinks. It looks nice, and the upholstery is soft. I don't know how long it will hold up to our crazy cat's nails, but so far, so good, and it's not so expensive that we couldn't buy another one if we need to.

Nice storage
Wanted an ottoman with storage to replace my leather ottoman that didn’t have storage. Storage space is big enough to hold my items. Ottoman looks great and the tray is an added bonus. It was easy to assemble. Love the brown color.

Very pleased!! Packed well and looks great. Large storage compartment that had to be aired out. Left it open for a few hours and it was fine.

BLACK and beige bench
The legs and tray look dark brown in the photos, but they are actually black. The cushioning is subject to indentations from weight. The storage is good and it is easy to assmble.

Well made, good quality
Very good quality. The hinges are solid. The material is soft and pliable I appreciate it. It goes well in my house.

Poor fabric quality
Need better QC and higher quality fabric. Came with two deep gouges in the fabric that someone at the factory clearly tried to cover up with marker. Also, the fabric is pretty thin and stretchy; it had already been slightly stretched as if something heavy sat on it for a few minutes. I could tell that with any use, it would immediately look 10 years old even if brand new. It’s too bad, because it looked nice.

Perfect for our den
Not an expensive piece of furniture but very functional. Works perfectly as a coffee table in front of our leather sofa in our den. It was easy to assemble and the dark color compliments our decor.

Quality not great
I have used the product for a week now and the material wrinkles and stays. The material is not wrapped tight enough. I wish I knew this before throwing out the box. It is too much money for the quality. I wish I could get a discount
