Not wild about these chalk sticks because they're messy and hard to use. I love the colors though. I would not recommend these for kids.

We got this for my daughter's crazy hair day at school. Sadly she has brown hair and the green and blue worked just fine but the rest did not. I did as the instructions say and on my blonde hair they work great. I got all the colors to show up with just damp hair. I had to soak her hair to get them to work. Not a big fan of this.

Not damaging for my kids hair, it washed right out when needed but also lasted all day! The colors showed up very bright. Only thing is instructions say slightly wet hair but I found it easiest wet wet.

Bought these for Halloween for my 7 year old bc the reviews were decent for brown hair. They took a bit of working but with getting the hair wet and then using the chalk and then blow drying it worked! She was happy as could be!

My daughter loves this hair chalk! She has complained about others not being dark enough to show up on her brown hair, but this set comes with a nice variety of shades so there should be something for all hair colors. The colors are vibrant and look cute in her hair. It washed out with just a regular shampooing. I definitely recommend this.

Unfortunately, the colors didn't work out for my son's reddish brown hair. We tried it on dry hair and there was no way we'd see color. So we tried red and blue on wet hair and it showed a little more but not like we wanted. (Picture shows the blue on his hair after we tried it wet.) The colors of the chalk are beautiful and I appreciate that they're more nontoxic than the spray but it'll have to work on light colored hair.

I bought for my daughter. It is not easy to use it. Must put water on hair and kept rubbing the chalk on the hair. The colour also not so nice. Not recommended.

Bought these for my young daughter and she loved them. The colors aren't overly vibrant but perfect if you just want subtle color.

We purchased this solely for the colour white as the ingredients sounded dog friendly for our puppy to turn into a skunk. Following the instructions, we had ZERO white transfer and had to get creative. We ground the chalk up and made a paste to paint down her back. It looked okay for a wiggly puppy. We were excited…. Only for it to wear off within the first 30 minutes of arriving to the event. Don’t waste your money, this absolutely sucks.
