Opove Apex Massage Gun 14.5mm Deep Tissue for Pain Relief & Recovery,Black

I’m coming from a 1st generation Theragun, and WOW, it looks like the market is even. This thing is WHISPERING compared to my Theragun and I can go just as hard. The flat head attachment is, WOW! It easily attaches to an extender (got it on here too), allowing self back massage and gets my legs with ease (I can remove one section of the extender). This thing KICKS on level ONE, its kinda diabolical how good it feels.

I think there's 4 things that are important in a massage gun 1) Stoke amplitude (how far the head moves in and out), 2) Stall force which is how much pressure you can apply before the guns stops working, 3) Noise and 4) Price. If you didn't care about noise, your best bet is one of the adapted jigsaws like the WORX that have a stoke amplitude of 29mm and a stall force so high that I couldn't get it to stop (plus, jigsaws are cheap). The main problems with the jigsaws were that they are so loud that they are annoying as crap and also they make you always hold down the trigger. I liked the Fitpulse gun when it worked but it was defective twice so I returned it. The Fitpulse had a stroke amplitude of 10mm and a reasonable stall force. I tried the Flyby F1 pro because it claimed to have a stoke amplitude of 15mm, but in my opinion it was more like 6mm and felt more like a strong vibration than a massage gun. The Hyperice Hypervolt felt much like a Fitpulse but had a much better stall force. It's also very expensive The Hypervolt Plus actually feels really good with a pulse amplitude of 13 mm and a very high stall force, but it is expensive. It lists for $400 but you can get a non-bluetooth version for $300 while supplies last. Finally the Opove M3 Max feels great. It gave me a significantly better massage than the Fitpulse or the Hypervolt and as good or better than the Hypervolt Plus. (I like a very vigorous massage so if that's not what you want, get a different gun. ) They claim that the pulse amplitude is 15mm and I believe them because it measured slightly more than the Hypervolt plus. I also measured the noise level with my phone and on at the highest setting I loudest measurement I could get was about 64 db which was only 2 db more than the Hypervolt Plus. (They sound extremely similar and they're both quiet enough that my family won't chase me from the room when we're watching TV) The only slight negative is that the stall force is less than the Hypervolt plus and I don't know if I believe then when they say it's 50lb (It's more like the Fitpulse in that respect.) Still it's never been an issue for me, and I go extremely deep. I got my gun for $169 and if you hunt around for coupons you can get it at that price. For me it's the best one by far unless you are willing to spend a ton of money.

I had high expectations of this massager when i ordered it. At the time I ordered the M3 Pro it cost slightly more than some massagers and less than most I think. I have a homedics wand thumper that was nice. I have a rechargeable over the shoulder style massager i bought from a vender at costco. Finally, my friend has a massager like this but a different shape and costs 2 times as much. This M3 Pro is amazing. All the controls and status indicators are in one location. I'll compare this to the expensive model ("XPensive" not the real brand). The XPensive one had to be turned to see the battery level on the lower side of the massager. Most the time I wouldn't notice it was getting low and it would die before I saw the lights. Lights on the back of the M3 Pro where someone is operating it from are clearly visible at most the times. Battery status is 5 or 6 lights for 100%->10%. The M3 Pro battery itself has a ring at the bottom (green or red) so i believe this can indicate an empty battery when removed from the massager. YES! THE M3 Pro BATTERY IS REMOVABLE AND CAN BE CHARGED SEPARATELY. It can be charged while in the massager too. The XPensive one wasn't removable. Both massagers performed the same. They are both adjustable and included different tips for relief. The XPensive one was marketed as quieter (compared to the same brand). Today I'll do a side by side to see which is louder... I think the M3 Pro is quieter. Build quality is solid. Nothing seems flimsy in the least bit. Great ergonomics, quiet, performance rivaling the expensive models, the M3 Pro is my recommendation to everyone.

We purchased this massager because both my husband and I have chronic back and neck pains. The massager does what it says and is amazing ... just be careful on how to use it. The upper neck was a bit too much so we don't use it there but it was great for the shoulder - especially the shoulder blade area, back, glutes and legs. There are different speeds (5) we've never had to go past 3 as this speed usually does the trick for us. This massager comes with 4 heads, we mostly stick with the flat top - this really pounds out the knots and helps the muscles relax. There is a bullet head, just be careful when using this on as you can cause serious damage and pain if not used properly. The 2-prong is great for going around the spin and the front shoulder area. The ball is a bit more gentle than the other attachments - just seems to add more bounce / vibration to the massage - great for leg area and back (if you want something not as intense as the other attachments) The only downside to this equipment is that the vibration is so intense that whoever is giving you the massage can literally feel it thru their bones (Gives you that itchy feeling after effect). Make sure that you get a good grip on it too as it will slip out of your hands from the intense vibrations. Suggesting that you don't use this in your neck area as it feels like your brain is being scrambled. The battery life is also not that great

This product is one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon so far. Packaging: The product arrived in great and very elegant packaging. It also has a bag to store it in which is very convenient and is made of great material. Use: Very easy to use. It has different levels which you can adjust and try the different heads. It can get very strong which is amazing for deep tissue. I’ve had very bad neck and shoulder pain to a point that I would feel the pain in my arms, because of my behind the desk job and I was able to relieve the pain with a couple of massages with this massage gun. It’s so good that every time we have people over, this thing is out and getting used by everyone. So far I’ve really enjoyed the neck and shoulder, back and leg massage, but you can try arms, sole of your feet and other parts as well. Battery life: the battery does last for a very long time, I’ve been using it for many massage sessions and it only lost two bars!!! Overall: Highly recommended, best massager I’ve had so far, so good that two of my friends that tried it already ordered it as well. I’m so happy that I was able to finally find an effective home massager that you can use on the different parts of your body. PS: I do a lot of cycling and this thing is magic for sore and exhausted thigh mussels!

Alright I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this but the product seemed to be on par with its much much more expensive competitors. Having gotten it I could not be happier with the results. Lets start with the things I really like. It comes in a nice tidy package that keeps everything organized and all of the attachments ready to be used. It came almost completely charged. The manual says it needs to charge for a couple hours when you first get it and while I did leave it on the charger for the full recommended time it was fully charged in a lot less time than that and ready to be used. In fact the battery lasts a long time. While I have not timed it, I have no doubts about the claimed battery life. I also have noticed it stays at a pretty cool temp even when used for a good bit of time. Having used a lot of different massagers over the years, the device keeping cool bodes well for it lasting a very long time. The massage gun has long stroke and quite a bit of power. The stall force must be in the range that is claimed because I have not had this unit stall a single time even when applying a fair bit of pressure to get at some deeper knots. On the subject of knots this thing is definitely percussive and really has had a remarkable effect on my knots, especially in my shoulders which never seem to go away with my massage therapist. Every time I use this I can really feel the results and I always feel much looser and more relaxed. My wife loves it and it has done wonders for her back. Things I would put in the con category? Well it could be a little quieter, but it isn't exactly loud to begin with. The weight of the unit is not bad, but it does definitely have substance. I would not really call either of these serious cons though. Overall, I highly recommend this percussive massage gun. I really does the trick and for the price I can't complain at all :)

I have been looking for a massage gun for almost 2 years now but never decided on one because of the price, the noise, or size! After looking and looking for the right one, i decided to choose this massage gun based off of the reviews and details about it. I'm in the US Navy and on a ship so it did take a minute to receive it, but once i did, i was so surprised at how amazing and well made this thing is! When i opened the box, everyone in my shop made fun of me for buying "Such a stupid thing." But after they realized what it was, everyone wanted to try it and ended up not wanting to give it back. It is super quiet so i can do it anywhere without feeling awkward about it. It is sturdy and built strong, so I'm not afraid to let others use it and be scared of them breaking it. The battery life is perfect for use. It turns off after 10 minutes of continuous use to assure you are still using it, also to save the battery. All 4 attachments are good for certain areas of the body.It comes with a good carrying case that holds everything in place. All around it does what it is meant to do, and does it well. If had to be honest and say anything against it, i would say that it could be a little lighter, there could be less lights on it, and i would make the charger a single chord instead of having it be two chords. But other then that this massage gun is phenomenal!!! I will and would recommend it to anyone! 5 stars! Would buy again. Thank you for an amazing product!!

I liked everything about this product. I used it on muscles and fascia-connective tissue, to loosen and break up adhesions to allow blood, oxygen and lymph to flow more freely throughout my body. I used it on the hamstring area where there tends to be more fascia adhesion. I also focused on my neck and shoulders area, probably my tightest area. I could see visible blood flow returning to the surface of the skin, like it was so tight that my body wasn’t being nourished there. I was a little sore on my shoulders the next day, like a true deep tissue massage and release. I also used it along the bottom of my rib cage and center solar plexus area, applying only very light pressure and using the foam ball. I could feel the nerve plexus being stimulated and releasing tension and allowing me to breath more fully. This area of the body is known as the fear belt. Check it out on yourself if you are curious. It can have the tendency to feel very tender and vulnerable when releasing. Only gentle pressure is necessary to stimulate these nerves. This thing works. I felt immediate relieve and could feel my body switch from sympathetic nerve response-fight or flight, to parasympathetic-relaxation. I love the idea of vibrational therapy and find it very effective at quickly releasing tension and allowing relaxation. I used this gun right away and ran it for over an hour and the battery was still going. It charges pretty quickly too, within 3 hours. I love the case it comes with and battery charger and the navy camo color option. Thank you!

Ho fatto una comparazione tra questo prodotto e il top di gamma THERA GUN (elite). Devo dire che la pistola Opove funziona MOLTO bene : la Thera gun lavora un filo meglio ... ma vista la differenza di costo (300 eur per la There), non ne vale la pena. In aggiunta : la batteria Opove dura il doppio delle Thera ... e il rumore prodotto dalla pistola è molto + basso. Sembra una cosa stupida... ma la sera quando la utilizzo, il rumore si sente in tutta la casa. Per quanto riguarda le punte ... io ne uso solo due : la morbida per tutto il corpo ... la dura per i punti con contratture.

** update** I reached out to the company about the issue we encountered and explained in details what was happening. Yes, like another review says, They did ask for a video, which I would have taken and sent but our issue happened randomly so it was going to be hard to take a video. I explained that to them and they said it was OK, they sent me a replacement right away and I received it the very next day! So far the new unit runs beautifully and we are happy with our purchase. When costumer service pulls thru like this I can only recommend their product 👍🏻 We liked it... when it worked... my husband bought this in the spring..it is now fall and it won't hold a charge..it shoes full battery life but dies mid massage which really sucks! This thing was expensive...my husband bought it...im guessing the 1 star reviews I'm reading now weren't there just yet when he bought it...because we are now in the same boat as those upset costumer.. but I don't give up easily. I can see there was no way of contacting the seller but I contacted Amazon, they sent me the link to the seller and I have now reached out to them about their defective item. If the seller doesn't pull thru to help us out.. I know and was assured as well, that Amazon would and I don't doubt it because they have the beat costumer service in the world. Don't buy it but if you did and it is broken within a year..contact Amazon and let them know what's up..they will help. If I don't get a replacement, I want a refund.
