Not sure if just over it already or if these are working but have had no real desire for beer every night and have been sober for several weeks now. Clear minded. Sleeping great.

I had nine consecutive days off for Thanksgiving break. I took these pills daily leading up to and after Thanksgiving break. Some other reviewers stated that this help them reduce their alcohol cravings. I don't know if it's a placebo or not but it didn't have that effect for me. I still wanted to drink and I drank a lot during my 9 days off. However this stuff did have some noticeable positive effects for me. I take caffeine in the morning which is a diuretic and dehydrates me. So if I drink alcohol which is also a diuretic and further dehydrates me, I get a serious headache. What I noticed when taking these pills is that I wasn't getting the headache I normally get even though I I drank coffee. I could tell when I'm dehydrated when my lips are chapped. This is a symptom of dehydration. I didn't really get the headache everyday I drink and I attribute that to these pills. I also did not have a hangover or felt that bad the following day after binge drinking. I also attribute that to this supplement. So unfortunately these pills did not help me stop drinking or curb my appetite for alcohol. But they definitely helped me recover and allowed me to drink without getting a serious migraine headache. I suspect this is because my liver was being assisted with all the good ingredients in the supplement. So this stuff really is good for you and definitely helps when you're binge drinking. When you're dehydrated your kidneys are stressed and they ask for your liver to help. When your liver is dealing with alcohol it is already stressed as well. I am now going to stop using caffeine and cut back on my drinking. I do believe that these pills also help with fatty liver which happens when you drink too much alcohol. Fatty liver further compromises your liver's ability to function because it's impaired with fat inside of it. When you consume alcohol, your liver is stressed with trying to detoxify the alcohol. Unfortunately all of the food that you consume while you're drinking gets turned into triglycerides and later stored as fat cells throughout your body and in your liver. Yesterday started my first day stopping both caffeine and alcohol. I still have several days left of this supplement to help me through my quitting both caffeine and alcohol n

It’s not just good for dealing with drinking because, keeping the Liver clean from the stress of the medications taken and even the stress of processing proteins and supplements taken is important too. These ingredients are good, clean and are manufactured in an GMP Certified Facility in the USA. It doesn’t take much to dehydrate me from drinks these days and give me a headache and this has done it’s job.I’d recommend!

..and last few wks...My main one for a few yrs has been flyby.. this was the closest formula, and of the last 3 diff formula supps i used performed the best... but still fell short..I suspect its bc the dose is 2... my other is 6 total but this says not to exceed...It also doesnt say when to take.....my other is 3 b4 and 3 after drinking( or i do 2,2 mid, 2)..Im assuming most are looking at this for a hangover pill..As for craving alcohol.. i don't usually" crave" it as much as " enjoy" it when im off for the wknd etc...Either way, i didnt notice myself saying to hubby, " nah, im just not into a cocktail" 🤣🤣🤣🤣Needs clearer directions as to timing, and maybe an adjustment on some ingredients or dosing..Made in USA 🇺🇸🍸🍸🍸3/4

Without going into great detail about how much I drink, it's hard to say if a pill like this is really working as promised. When I've taken it, I haven't noticed any night/day difference in how I feel, but after a particularly heavy night of drinking, I'll take any help I can get. The best thing I can say for sure about these is that they're easy to swallow and haven't caused me any problems, but I have to go on faith that they're doing me some sort of good. I like the idea behind a supplement like this though. As I continue to confront my alcoholism, I intend to take these regularly.
