Does this dry out the mucus or loosen it?

Hello, HealthA2Z Decongestant PE, Maximum Strength, Phenylephrine HCI 10mg, Tablets works for me just as well as the more expensive brands do. They dry the mucus and give me peace of mind from having to constantly blow and wipe my nose. I hope this helps. BJL

Is this product gluten free?

I do not have the packaging the bottle came in; but I checked the bottle and it does not state anywhere on it concerning gluten at all. Sorry I could not be more helpful.
