This product is absolutely incredible!!! I get a lot of greasy congestion around my chin, jaw, and nose. This has been so effective at getting rid of all the gross gunk there! It's so satisfying seeing it all come out (but gross). I've only been using it a week, but my skin looks glassy and more even now. It's also really cleared up the blemishes I would constantly get around my chin and nasolabial folds. I can;t believe how effective it is at such a low price. I'd had my eye on the much pricier dermaflash and so glad I purchased this one instead!!!

Update: The company was concerned that I wrote a review and wasn’t satisfied. So they independently sent me a refund and a nice note. So even though I was unhappy with the product, I do give the company 5 stars! If I could give this no stars, I would. This little buzzy thing did absolutely nothing. Why are there so many positive reviews? You’re just scraping your face with a piece of metal. I could do that with a butter knife. There is no lifting, no extraction, you’re literally just scraping dead skin off your face.

This is a really ingenious device for scrubbing away surface muck from the face. The four different power modes allow you to customize what works best for your tolerance, but really delivers deep skin clearing out. The size is a handy but not overly large, so no awkward usage or even really slippage. You will notice healthier and more vibrant skin after the first few uses and likely add this to your skin care routine.

I’ve had incredible luck with mine. I’ve owned it a few years and it’s still in excellent condition. I use it about once a week or every two weeks. I think I’ve mastered the angle and technique because it really gets all the nasty stuff out of my pores in the creases between my nose and cheek. I have large pores and oily skin so I don’t need to apply a lot of pressure, it just all comes out. Remember, this tool is for pushing, not scraping. I always clean mine with rubbing alcohol after use to keep it disinfected and it still looks new.

UPDATE: I was issued a full refund without any back and forth from the company, that alone speaks volumes about the customer service. Any company that treats customers like they actually matter has earned my respect. One if the most aggravating things about rechargeable products is you never know what you are getting as far as battery life. This stays charged for about 10 mins at a time, then recharge it and then it dies again after about 10 mins, repeat until you're done with your facial routine. It might not be so bad if I could leave it plugged in while using but the USB that is included is very short and I have no plugs close enough to do my routine unless I lay on the floor. The other issue is this is not a generic USB so I would have to pay to buy one that is similar and long enough for this to work. I also have no plugs in my bathroom so it is a moot point. I have not been able to fully follow the guide included because it won't stay charged. It does work to clear up blackheads, I was able to manage at least that, which is why I gave it two stars. I wouldn't waste your money, especially if you are looking for something that will hold a charge because this ain't it.

I really like this ultrasonic facial pore cleaner. It is comfortable, lightweight, and very easy to use. It feels gentle on the skin and makes facial cleansing more convenient, especially around areas where dirt tends to build up. Its size also makes it easy to handle without feeling uncomfortable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I really like this tool. The vibration is very subtle but very effective. Some days I use all the settings and some day I only use the clean mode and lifting mode but I like the variety of settings. I don’t scrape every day maybe once a week. Like some people have mentioned in previous reviews, they didn’t think it was working. I wondered the same thing until I used it. You definitely get results. Again it’s subtle but effective. Really surprised at the effectiveness for the price.

it works really well! make sure you don’t overdo the pressure or you’ll irritate your skin. i use it primarily on my nose and it really gets all the gunk out in 1-2 passes i do wish the build quality was better, this thing definitely feels cheap

I didn’t think much of it when I got it but as soon as I used it on my nose after hydrating my face it really showed out. As you can see from the picture I attached it really got to work as soon as I started. But I can understand why a comment on here by a dermatologist said to use this as little as possible, about 1-2 times a week. Just because it is quite powerful and you’ll definitely give yourself a headache if you use it more frequently. But amazing product and I would definitely recommend.

The product works fine on the face. I can feel an improvement on my skin right after the 3rd day. I have very oily skin and extremely clogged pores and this helped to remove the gunk out. Not all in 1 go but day after day of using it. It clears up. Just follow the instructions that were written here in the review section or you can youtube it. Very helpful. But the only reason i am giving this a 3 star is because no matter how long i charge it, the item only works for 10mins max! I did charge it for 2hrs at the start before using it. Can someone please let me know if they have the same problem? Not too sure what im doing wrong. Also, in the photo, we are supposed to receive the pink and blue attachments..i did not receive it in my box.

Mine is fake . It makes this high pitched sound that affects the ears and the pamphlet looks photocopied . The whole Devi e looks so fake . I’m returning it.
