I purchased these mounting clips to secure my Phillips Hue lighting strip. Unfortunately the adhesive tape doesn’t hold very well, especially when there are obstacles in the way. They fit perfectly without damaging the light strip. I recommend pre-drilling holes to make it easier to install. If you’re on the fence about these, especially being used with the Phillips Hue lighting strip, definitely a must buy. I highly recommend them.

I bought them because they’re small profile. Man my hands and eyes weren’t ready. The screws are tiny tiny. It does come with more than you need Definitely pre drill the holes to make your life easier.

So i bought these because the adhesive on the philips hue light strips were no longer sticking to my desk & i found myself pressing on them to stick to my desk again…. And again… and again. It said they fit the philip hue light strips and they do and they dont. In regards to the width its fits, but where the holes are on the screws that area is no short and if i were to screw it all the way down it would pressing on the strip very very hard & i didnt want to damage the strip. So in the pictures you can see (hopefully) that some either have 1 or two screws and they were not fully screwed down because again it presses down on the light strip way too much So i just used one screw at the bottom and tightened it and that why it works and it doesnt work
