I’ve been taking this for almost a year now. I took it to help me with my weight loss. Every doctor I show the bottle to seems to tell me that is a great option and meets almost every need, and the price point is great. I started taking it when I weighed 283 and I’m now down to 212 pounds. This is a great daily supplement. The smell isn’t off putting to me, and it’s easy to swallow. The pills aren’t too big either.

Won't dock the product itself as it isn't the issue. I find the product to be high quality, with great packaging and clear nutritional info. I have been using for 6 weeks now, no issues at all. I highly recommend taking two separate doses (one pill in am, two in evening or vice versa). They can be a little harsh on an empty stomach, but that is to be expected with as much as these contain. However, it has taken an average of approx. 12 days for these to arrive each order and while that isn't the worst shipping delay ever, these aren't available for auto order. I keep ordering earlier and earlier each time and the shipping delay keeps getting worse. So, when I order them for my next month, I would like them to arrive before I run out of my previous bottle. I work in e-commerce and it isn't a large ask to have something delivered within 7 days, it is purely bad business practice.

The best men’s multivitamin.

This is a very high quality multivitamin. I cannot praise it enough. The ingredients here are chosen for best bioavailability, meaning how much of the ingredient is actually absorbed in the body. The inclusion of KSM-66 and chromax is just the cherry on top. These ingredients help with stress and support. One study shows that 300mg of KSM-66 significantly reduce cortisol levels (cortisol is the hormone released when under stress). This multivitamin has 600mg (albeit divided into 3 separate doses). These guys definitely know what they're doing, and the science is there to show. P.S. Contrary to one of the reviews for this product, there are ZERO stimulants in this multivitamin. I don't even think it's legal to call a product a multivitamin if it includes stimulants.

My son uses them religiously and is a great source of vitamins. Always on time.

I think I like this this far, I was concerned not getting enough vitamins through diet alone so tried these as they seem to have a good ratio and all the vitamins I was looking to supplement. A heads up through one serving is multiple pills. Fortunately I like this because I don’t want a full serving at a time so works well for me but others may not like this or notice it.
