I've never used kitchen scales for baking and wanted to see if one heaped tablespoon of flour did indeed weigh 1oz (approx 25g) & it does! Assuming the scales are accurate that is LOL - but they're well reviewed so I trust they are. Nice and easy to wash the bowl of these scales and store them as they don't take up much room in a cupboard and are lightweight
