So easy to cook and clean in!
Love these pans! Cast iron is the way to go. Super easy to clean. Heats the food evenly. Just be sure to season it each time. Dont use soap to clean it, rinse with hot water and completely dry. The place a light layer of oil on the pans and wipe it off with a paper towel. Then bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Pans come out looking beautiful!

Originally bought these for camping and we cooked over a fire! They worked amazingly. Now I cook steaks with them, and that is the only way to do them. The skillet quality is aweosme.

Excellent pans for the money
I have always wanted cast iron pans. These combined with gas stove have been wonderful to use. They heat evenly and do what you'd expect them to do. They come seasoned. Are easy to clean and are easy to season again after use. LOVE THEM.

Good Iron So-so accessories
These pans seem to be holding up very well. They cook evenly and haven’t produced much sticking with proper seasoning. Really my only complaint would be that the silicone pot holder and and handle holder don’t seem to grip the iron particularly well and have a bit of slip in them. It's nothing an Ove-Glove doesn't overcome, but I’d probably stay away from those items and go for a set that’s just pans.

These are wonderful! Once seasoned properly, food is non-stick and pans are easy to clean. Be mindful that these pans get very hot, handle too so always use a mitt or protective silicone sleeve when handling.

Amazing set that will last you lifetime at affordable price
If you’re looking into buying cast iron cookware then you probably did your research and are familiar with the Lodge brand. This review is just to confirm that it’s genuine lodge cookware, no tricks. It an amazing set comes pre-seasoned and with the proper technique you can prepare your meals like on a non stick cookware without any additional seasoning (there’s many YouTube videos on cooking techniques with cast iron), that being said I did a cycle of seasoning with avocado oil and it’s even better. I use my skillet every day for grilling, frying… you name it… food tastes soo much better. I used to have tefal non stick cookware and was always worried if I scratch it and end up eating the non stick layer but no more. Cast iron does require some extra care, you have to make sure to dry it after cleaning, can’t just dump it in the dishwasher, it is way heavier than normal cookware but overall it’s totally worth it. I’d give this set 10/10
