Due to my child having a life threatening allergy to milk/dairy, we buy this Oat Milk all of the time from Amazon. We have found it cheaper to buy in bulk from Amazon than anywhere else and you can save more money by buying this via Subscribe and Save. It has seriously saved us a fortune over the years. As my childs allergy is so serious, even trace amounts of milk can be dangerous, we are completely a milk/dairy free house so all of us drink this milk. This is the Barrista milk which I highly recommend. It does not curdle and if you shake it well it's lovely and bubbly. Without shaking the first bit can taste quite watery. It's consistency is lovely, my youngest will drink a full cup of this each day and she loves it, despite normally being very particular about food and drink. The orders we have usually have a 9-12 month shelf life, though once or twice we've had some of the old design packs with only 3 months left on it which is tricky when we buy 6-8 packs of 6 cartons at a time. Make sure once opened you do leave it in the fridge as it can start to smell like normal milk does. This is our go to oat milk and allergy wise we've had no issues with it at all. We use this milk as a diary substitute in all of our cooking, including pancakes and cakes and it tastes delicious. Added bonus is it's Plant based and kind to our planet

Great and works great on my coffee machine

This milk does seem to vary batch to batch on how much it will froth - either completely or not at all. Last batch I bought in December 2024 did not so I haven't tried it again until now. From what I've heard they've improved the recipe or something so this one frothed very well! So far so good...unfortunately yes, you now get some lumpy bits in the bottom if you're just using it like normal milk in tea or regular coffee so it's a bit of a trade-off. Makes delicious matcha lattes in my milk frother though...

Large lumps in milk , calcium phosphate. You only notice in the last mouthful and its really not pleasant. I had it on a batch before but been ok for a few months. So not the first time we have had this problem with this milk. Definitely a process issue. Moma say it can just happened in container after production because of the 'complex nature of the product'. I don't buy this for one second. It happens once you are close to bottom of milk as obviously they settle out. This time worse than ever. Now have decsnt and sieve the milk. I have received refund through Amazon. I'd avoid this product as it's roulette. Reposnse from Moma: Your complaint is something that we do see from time to time. What you have there is sedimentation, which is primarily calcium phosphate with some protein and fat. The issue is a result of the product's natural instability. Oat milk is a complex emulsion, and can sometimes separate over time Our Oat Milks undergo homogenisation; this is a critical process in making sure all minerals and additions are uniformly distributed. Homogenisation reverses over time so separation (to an extent) is natural. The exact amount of separation will depend on a number of factors including age of products, storage conditions etc. Whilst the product may not look as you would expect, please do be reassured that it does not pose any harm to health. Our team is continuing to investigate this issue to prevent a further recurrence.

My favourite oat milk! I’ve tried many oat milk but this is my favourite by far! It creams up nicely in the frother and also doesn’t curdle in tea. It’s versatile and also a very good price on Amazon.

This has been my go to oat milk for a long while. It's a good price, doesn't split in tea or coffee, is creamy and tastes great. Good for hot and cold drinks as well as cereal and baking. However in the last 3/4 orders all 6 of the cartons had hard sediment in them. Which didn't mix in if shaken. This lead to gritty flakes in tea and cereal which was like eating sand. So unfortunately I am now trying other brands as it is very off putting.
