Get this!! This is my 2nd bottle and let me tell you how great this is! When I first started taking these I was only going 1 in the morning and 1 before bed and it wasn’t doing anything for me I’d wake up at 3am like clockwork and would be so frustrated. I started taking 2 in the morning and 2 before bed and let me just say it helped so much! I Sleep so so good and I haven’t slept this good in so so long. Sometimes I take 3 in the morning and 2 before bed. I wake up So very well rested and so happy. Get these you won’t regret it. Just make sure you take 2-3 in the morning it won’t make you sleepy I promise and take 2 before bed. About 30 minutes before.. oh and I’m going number 2 so smooth as well no stomach pains. TMI I know I’m sorry lol

Using it for getting a deeper sleep and had results right away

This is one of the best magnesium glycinates that I have worked with. Pay attention to milligram versus dosage. You have to take a certain amount to achieve the milligram list on the bottle. I felt like you sort of have to nerd out to be looking for that because it doesn’t necessarily specify good for sleep have not tried for daytime anxiety I have. IC and so far it seems to be.IC safe. I wish for the price you could get a little bit more because you have to dose 2 - 3 pills for Max results. I think I will purchase again though $20 a month for good sleep ain’t bad. If you use magnesium for to help Yourself with going to the bathroom it definitely helps you in the morning when taking that night.
