Great product! Been using this for years and was happy ro see the single pill once daily come out. Pills are somewhat large, so if you have difficulty swallowing, this may not be for you.

Has everything you need except iron, if you feel run down these usually pep you up. Great formulation.

Have used this for years among other products.

This product seems hard to find, but when it's available it's a good basic multivitamin for men.

I've been using "One N Only" multivitamin for years and just switched to the multivitamin for men within the past few months. Same greatness, but additional benefits for men!! I love them!! These vitamins have changed my life! I've been using the regular multivitamins for over 12 years and since that time I swear on a stack of bibles I have not had the common cold or flu. I have use to have trouble sleeping and since taking these vitamins I sleep like I got punched out. I'm in a deep sleep for about 5-6 hours and when I wake, I'm ready to go.Yes! With these vitamins I'm in bed by 9pm and up at 2-3am feeling refreshed. I start my early morning with a light 15 minute workout in addition to jogging on my treadmill for at least 30 minutes. Then I do some reading, shower, get dressed for work, and I'm out the door around 6am every morning.I won't stop taking these!!!

I have some minor nerve damage in my hand so I was trying to find a multivitamin that didn't have cyanocobalamin (synthetic B12 - made in a lab) when metabolized leaves behind cyanide, which causes nerve damage. It was almost impossible to find a multivitamin that had methylcobalamin (natural B12 - as in what is found in meat) when metabolized leaves behind methyl which helps in muscle growth. But this guy right here did it, the cool thing about this vitamin too is that it uses all the natural versions of vitamins and supplements which is why it is a little on the pricy side, but well worth it.All the other stuff in here is great too, it has everything else a normal multivitamin would have and then some herbal stuff too which has been used in Chinese herbal medicine for years or other unique plants that have been found to have health improving properties.A simple reminder though, just because this is an all natural multivitamin, or for any multivitamin for that matter, it isnt a "cure all - I am happy all the time" pill. The body can repair almost any injury or illness with the right nutrients and time. Taking this, or any multivitamin, is for long term health improvement and sustainment.Take this, or some other version that Pure Essence has that suites your preferences, they know what is good out there and is willing to give it to you in a small pill. Take advantage of it while you can.

Before you read this review I must tell you that I am not an expert on vitamins and do not know if the amounts of each ingredient in this supplement are the optimum dosage.I just switched from GNC ultra mega gold without iron a few months ago. One thing I really didn't like about the GNC brand was that you had to take two of them a day and I have been lead to believe that you should space them out so you get an even dosage through out the day. It was so easy to forget to take the second pill. Now that I have switched to this brand it's nice to take one in the morning with or with out food and not worry about taking a second dose.It seems that they really take care to present there product well. It comes in a nice tinted glass container with plenty of cotton inside to keep the pills from breaking up in shipping.A word of warning, as with most supplements that cram lots of stuff into one pill. They are kind of big so if you have trouble swallowing pills you may want to see if you can get a smaller bottle to try so you are not stuck with 90 pills you can't use. Also if you are like me and don't really care for veggies they pill does have a heavy green veggie flavor. However I have found that I have gotten used to it and you only taste it for a few seconds while it's in your mouth.I have experienced no side affects and I plan on purchasing them again as my only supplement.
