I've bought quite a few of these in various styles and sizes. I haven't had a quality issue with any of them. I would buy them over the other top name brands because of their price. Typically, Amazon is the best value. Be careful. If the price of an off-brand is too good to be true then there could be issues. "AN" (Army-Navy) fittings are made to a military Aeronautical Standard, since they are used for high-pressure connectors for fuel, oil, coolant, and hydraulic lines. They are characterized by a 37-degree flare sealing surface. They should have a durable, hard anodized finish and be a specific, high strength aluminum. This is one area where some sellers skimp. True AN fittings are somewhat pricey for a reason.
