Does this fully enclose the AirTag to stop the battery accidentally being opened? How easy is it to open the case?

This fully encloses the AirTag.. You slip it in and cover with the transparent disc.. Had it about a month and it’s hasn’t moved yet, really good

How robust is the metal ring, is the spring likely to give meaning it could detach from item

It’s significantly thicker and stronger than the rings you normally find on key fobs, so unless you are extra-rough with it, it should be fine. Mine has been on my bunch of keys for a while now without any problems.

Is the sound quietened by the case?

Not really. You can still hear it really well.

Very worried about my suitcase being left behind when i take ryan air, could i put this tracker in my suitcase, would it help ? hope someone can reply
