Is the pencil lead color coordinated as well or is it just black lead?

Black graphite; however, you CAN get Pilot Color Eno 0.7mm colored leads in purple, pink, green & blue right here on Amazon to use in these pencils!!

I don't see a pencil in the photo. Is it 3 pens plus a pencil plus an eraser? It looks like a clickable eraser in a case plus a square eraser.

The pencil is on the far left. It is the Pentel Wow! 0.7. There are two pens in the middle of the pack and the one on the far right is the "clickable" eraser plus a small rectangle eraser at the bottom right. I hope that helps. Thanks for your interest.

What eraser refills (link please, or model #) do I need for the top of the pencil? The little tiny one-- not the larger clicker eraser.

Can you refill the pink barrel gel pen with an 0.7mm black gel refill

I’ve only done it to the energel X with different color refill and tip size 0.5,0.7mm. Hope that helps
