I take one after night of drinking and another in the morning and don't feel hangover the next day just a little tired but this product really does help give you a boost and taste nice also which is a bonus! IT WORKS! WILL BE BUYING MORE :)

Not great , watered down taste

Very tasty drink that I know works well. I feel much better when I drink it. I have ME/CFS and drinking electrolytes is recommended so I use 1-2/day. It also helped on very hot/humid holidays when we were drinking loads of water so flushing out minerals. This drink helped almost immediately and we felt stronger and refreshed.

I don’t know if it’s placebo effect or what but these actually worked. All holiday I was partying hard and used these religiously in the morning and I felt great !!!!
