Absolutely love it,First things first is to properly chose a speed and pressure.Do not connect to typical grinder, typical grinder usually is 13,000rpm.This buffing pads rates up to 3,500rpm. So when people posting how they come apart is due to wrong way to use it.I had to polish edge of a counter which was cut by grinder and diamond bit, so obviously it won’t be perfect and will need to be polished.I started with 50,100,150 dry and from there to 3000 wet.Used my Dewalt XR drill and it worked out perfect. Took me about 40min to do it, challenge was to polish with one hand and with second spray water on pad.Much easier if proper tool is used or with someone’s help.I used pencil and sharpie to make sure I didn’t miss a spot.Take your time and result will surprise you.

This polishing kit proved to be highly effective for smoothing the small area of self-leveling concrete on my floor.With each step, the surface became progressively smoother until it achieved a mirror-like finish similar to my countertop. If you start at the appropriate level and slowly move up without skipping steps the result is beyond smooth. Super impressed with the results and finish this achieved. Used on both concrete and epoxy with an amazing finish. Many different ways to use with the included backing plate and adapters.

worked as described. I polished about 8 linear feet of granite and edges. results were great. only one pad had started to deteriorate. make sure you're wearing safety glasses as part of the pad did hit me in the face... but that only happened with one pad. use the middle of the pad as much as possible and not the edge of the pads. hope this helps.

Picked up a offcut of granite and wanted to polish it. Was told by the owner that polishing it wasn't going to happen. Well I proved him wrong.Disclaimer: I started grinding with Harbor Freight disks on my grinder first. The stone was very rough, so I used them to really eat up the stone.These polishing pads are pretty f**king amazing. I started with 500grit and worked through all of the pads to 8000grit. I'm sure I could've worked it longer for an even better shine, but I'm pleased with the results.You won't regret these little disks. Chuck em on a cheap grinder, wet your stone, and polish to a shine.

Works as described. Be aware that the course grit pads don't last very long. I had a 33"x 84" concrete counter, and I was barely able to get through initial cuts with the 3 course grits. Once I moved past those, I had no problems and everything worked great. Plan accordingly if you have a large project, and do not count on multiple projects

Great value polishing pads.

I purchased these pads to remove some fine scratches from an aquarium. 20 frustrating hours later I threw the aquarium away. I started out with one of the fine pads, 3000 I think and it left circular scratches in the glass deeper than the scratches I was trying to remove so I went a little coarser to try to remove the circular scratches........ eventually I had to go all the way down to 300 and then stepped up grit by grit until I got to 1500 which grabbed and caught the edge of the pad which left deep arc shaped gouges in the glass so I had to start over again and after going back through the steps it was looking good when another of the fine pads left circular scratches again. I tested the 8000 grit (finest grit pad) on some some clean pristine glass and it left clear circular scratches.

I'll be honest, when I first got this kit I was skeptical it would work. However, I dove right into the countertop project I had and these pads took all of the abuse I through at them! I did 3 countertops and they lasted the whole time! I definitely recommend

I unfortunately just opened up this package as I put off doing my tile job due to health reasons and was very disappointed. The sanding disks do not seem to have any difference in grit between all levels just different colours of plastic. They are all equally smooth to the touch and equally hard. I didn't even bother to try to use them as they're just plastic with flecks embedded. If there are any diamond chips on them, they are well hidden - you'd have to wear off a lot of plastic to reach a fleck - diamond chip? What a waste of money! And too late to return them.

Works great except for the 50 grit isn't very good the rest of the pads worked great
