How do I know the battery is full charge? The status bar always shows one green on the top for 3 days!

I believe they are charged when you get the one green bar on top. When you first charge a run down battery you only get the red bars, then it moves to red and yellow and then to green when charged. At least that is what I can piece together from my experience charging batteries.
