100% satisfied with this water flosser and it is exactly what they advertised. Absolutely refreshing to have this happen! Works great, wonderful technology, and easy to travel with. The tank is the right size and couldn't be larger because then it would be hard to pack on trips.

It is easy to set up and register the one-year warranty. So far it works well, has several useful settings and does not take up much space in the luggage. Comes with 5 heads. All you need is a small USB-A block to plug the cord in, or any USB-A outlet. Small water reservoir, but easy to refill. Even comes with a travel pouch. Worth the price.

I upgraded from a similar product made by a competitor when the rechargeable battery needed charging once per day after only 9 months. After a week of ownership, this product performs flawlessly and in my opinion does a better job on the teeth and gums than the competitor's model. It is easy to install and replace the tip. The hole used for water input is on the small side and to prevent water spillage while loading takes a little getting used to. There are 3 settings, but it is impossible to see which setting you are using unless you have the tip oriented in a certain direction and are looking in the mirror at the same time. I was extremely disappointed with the charging setup. It comes with a proprietary USB-B cable connection instead of a standard USB-B cable connection on the unit. When not being charged, there is a completely removable small rubber plug that is easy to lose, or even worse fall into the drain. It does not come with a power adapter (which is fine by me) and can be plugged into any USB-B power source that supplies up to 2.4 amps at 5 Volts DC. There is smarts inside the unit, that prevents over charging.

It cleans great. The chamber empties more completely than my old Waterpik. I would give it 4 1/2 stars because the water runs out before I’m done. Just have to refill and finish. It will be easy to travel with and I like being able to choose settings.

My dentist has recommended I use a water flosser. I tried once before with a different brand, and didn’t like it. And of course, I therefore didn’t do it. This has been a much better experience. This water flosser is easy to use. I have sensitive gums and I’m able to use it with no discomfort (I use the gentlest setting right now). The water tank is small but that’s fine. It holds enough for me to finish flossing without having to refill. The charge lasts a long time. I don’t have any issues with how it works, and my teeth feel very clean when I’m done. I appreciate greatly that it’s cordless and that it travels easily. Honestly there isn’t anything bad I can say about this device, especially given that it is priced very favorably to other brands.

The item is easy to hold, easy to charge, and easy to fill. I tried one of the regular tips first and it was an epic fail. As soon as I pushed the button to turn the device on, the tip popped off and water went everywhere. It was empty in seconds (thank goodness). I tried again, being sure to push the tip on firmly, but again, it popped off almost immediately. I gave up. The next night, I tried the periodontal tip. This one held fast and the device worked appropriately. The water tank empties right around the time I am done with my lower teeth and I need to refill it to do my uppers, but the device works well and makes it easy to clean under my bridge. Once you turn the power on, you MUST have this thing in your mouth, or you end up giving your bathroom a shower. Due to this, it is impossible to change the mode before you start using the appliance. You basically need to memorize what button you are pushing and how many times to get the mode that you want while water is squirting into your mouth already. It seems that each time you turn the device on, it defaults to the same pulse setting. THAT is annoying if you wish to use the gentle setting like I want to. Half the water is gone by the time I have the setting right. I think I'm just going to suck it up and use the pulse setting and see if I can handle it.

I am very pleased with this product. I have had two similar models in the past; I find they last a couple of years. I think the pressure is adequate and it's easy to use. It's also compact - perfect for those without alot of vanity space. The only issue I've had with this type of product is the hinge to the water compartment. It's pretty flimsy, and in my previous models, it eventually broke. But I could still take the cover and insert it in the opening without the hinge and use the product without issue. My brand new one is not having a hinge issue, but I am prepared for it to malfunction. :) It's still a good value and will last a decent amount of time.

This is my favorite water flosser so far! I've purchased two of them because I like them that much. The pressure settings work well, it's easy to use, and it leaves my teeth and gums feeling much cleaner than traditional flossing alone. The battery life is excellent, and it's convenient for both home use and travel. Highly recommended!

I bought this item after Independent review in online magazine, but purchase became a total disappointment. There is no smooth flow mode, all on strong pulse. Water flow is so strong, hurted my cheeck mucosa and gums. Water tank is way to small, need twice to refill it to finish cleaning. Amazon refunded money.
