Get this!! This is my 2nd bottle and let me tell you how great this is! When I first started taking these I was only going 1 in the morning and 1 before bed and it wasn’t doing anything for me I’d wake up at 3am like clockwork and would be so frustrated. I started taking 2 in the morning and 2 before bed and let me just say it helped so much! I Sleep so so good and I haven’t slept this good in so so long. Sometimes I take 3 in the morning and 2 before bed. I wake up So very well rested and so happy. Get these you won’t regret it. Just make sure you take 2-3 in the morning it won’t make you sleepy I promise and take 2 before bed. About 30 minutes before.. oh and I’m going number 2 so smooth as well no stomach pains. TMI I know I’m sorry lol

I've tried various magnesium glycinate brands, but this one stands out. I can really feel the difference when I stop taking it. Have totally changed sleep and digestion for me! But gentle enough that I don't get any side effects (except weird and vivid dreams but i got used to that lol). Cheaper on amazon than my local grocer too!
