It tastes good, and does what it is intended to do. Word to the wise, depending on your system, either do this early in the evening, or on a day that not much is planned for a couple hours. When it hits, it hits.

This product works wonders. I was taking it almost every day but found out it's not good to take it regularly. I stopped taking it three days ago and now I'm constipated. I would recommend taking it only when you need to go but can't.
