MAYBELLINE (Alabaster) - dream Radiant Liquid Medium Coverage Hydrating Makeup, Lightweight Liquid Foundation, Alabaster, 30ml

For reference: I have sensitive, combo skin with rosacea and good color matches for me are Estee Lauder Double Wear in 0N1 Alabaster, Maybelline Age Rewind concealer in Cool Ivory, and the Born this Way concealer in Cloud. I've worn this foundation twice so far and I've been super impressed both times. This is a great option for days when you want a more natural look, as one pump of this gives nice, light coverage. It has a very pretty, skin like finish (not too dewy nor too matte) and it transferred very minimally even when I didn't set it with powder. This foundation is about a shade too dark, but since it's so light coverage I can make it work by setting it with a little white powder. I noticed no oxidizing or any change in undertone as the day wore on. I also haven't had any adverse reactions to this product, nor any breakouts. Finally, the wear time was great! This didn't settle into my smile lines like most foundations tend to do, and it didn't break up or cake up. I haven't tried to build this up to medium coverage so I can't say if it would still perform the same, but as I've used it, it has performed incredibly well. It's still too early to tell, but I can see this as being my Holy Grail "everyday" foundation!

I like the product, however it was WAY thinner than I expected it to be. It's like applying a serum - and provides minimal coverage. This is a good product for older gals, and ladies with already nice skin. You'll need a good concealer if you have any dark spots, post acne marks, hyperpigmentation etc.

Received this item like it was pure water!!!! But I’m going to test it out by putting it in the freezer a little bit to thicken it more, I highly suggest using a thicker base foundation and mixing this product with it… for a smoother more sheer and glass skin look.

leaves a natural finish. i have dry skin and it didn't look great on me but it was okay. i'd give it 3 stars

A terrific shade for my very pale porcelain, aging skin. It is not drying but not very moisturizing. It has really good coverage without feeling thick or heavy. It has improved the texture of my skin since I began wearing it. I hope this helps you with your purchasing decision.
