Interesting and fun Cookies to try - Stroopwafels!
Having some fun trying out a special type of cookie. It's called Stroopwafel, from the Netherlands. This Dutch cookie is world-renown for the procedure of putting a Stroopwafel over a hot cup of coffee, and then enjoying the warm Caramel that's between the 2 crisp Waffle-like cookies. Any hot drink will work. I enjoy a Cookie by itself, with the chewiness of the Caramel within the outer crisp Waffle Cookies. Imported from Holland. 8.8 oz./ 8 cookies.

Yummy
Delicious, but mine had melted together a bit. They still tasted great, but I was hoping for them to get a little softer when I placed it on top of my coffee cup. No picture available because I ate them all.
