Very true potency and good supplement for leg cramps at night. I get diarrhea sometimes and this helps replenish my electrolytes.

I have a tendency towards low potassium and found other products a chore to take because they were so large. Nature Made's potassium pills are smaller than others and are easy to swallow. Make sure to take it with a good amount of water to avoid stomach upset.

Very pleased with brand in many of my supplement purchases! Great quality and value. The dosage wash ridiculously low. If I had paid attention I would not purchased. The daily need is so much higher. I give 4 stars because the quality is there. Trust it ! We are way under our daily potassium dietary need; wont get from this dosage.

Easy 5 stars from me. I’ve been taking this Nature Made Potassium Gluconate for a little over a year now and it’s just become my go to. I like that it’s simple and I don’t have to overthink it. I take 1 tablet a day and I can def tell a difference when I’m consistent, esp with muscle tightness and just feeling more normal overall. When I skip it for a bit I notice it, so I keep coming back to this one. The tablets are easy enough to swallow, no gross taste, and it’s never messed with my stomach which is a big deal for me because some supplements do. Also I trust Nature Made more than random brands and I like that it’s USP verified. No weird extra stuff either, no artificial flavors, no preservatives, and it’s gluten free. Not fancy, but it works and it’s been reliable for me. Would buy again for sure.
