At most you'll only need it 2x's a week. A bottle of this can last me up to 3.5 months. Treat it like a marathon. Not a sprint. Use right before you're going to sleep. You get most of your gains through proper diet & sleeping. So it is perfect to use right before bed. It Helped me recovery process as well as my strength to go up in areas where I did plateau. I was already fit and strong it just boosted it. So for someone that isn't fit or not used to constant exercise, it will help that person significantly. I do not know how it would affect women. This seems to work. Gets you deep sleep but just plan to get a full night or make your coffee because you will still be groggy if you take this and fall short on your 7-8hrs. As for night time growth that is to be seen. We need studies published not just my opinion. Rest is important and this is the same price as a quality melatonin supplement by itself so no harm in trying this with anabol hardcore and ripped as I ordered both. I started backwards with hardcore during a cut and will take ripped as I enter my next bulk to see if it helps with recomp and BMI after increasing caloric intake.

Meh, can't be 100% sure because my circumstances aren't run of the mill.

I've been using the weight loss shots, and they can make you lose muscle and fat. So I haven't seen new muscle, but its possible that its helped me to lose less muscle. I can't be 100% sure. I haven't had any side effects. So it hasn't done me any harm. Also I really struggle to fall asleep, so it might work better for someone else. I may need prescription strength meds to help me sleep.
