I love this stuff. I can taste coffee and for sure mocha. Tastes good. I feel like it steadies me as opposed to my mocha frappe. Only complaint is box of packets is always destroyed in the mail. Thankfully the packages are individual things.

Delicious drink
I was looking for a healthy alternative to the mocha drink I’ve been drinking for years. I was a little skeptical about this one. I was afraid that it would not taste good. What a nice surprise. It’s creamy and delicious with a slight sweetness to it. I will be buying this again.

Quality product
I just love this product. I don't experience the crash that I would from regular coffee, and my stomach never gets upset. Taste may take some getting used to - I mix with hot water and a bit of almond milk. Highly recommend.

It's Actually Delicious!!!
So I read several reviews before I purchased and saw some that said it taste earthy or like dirt! I bought the Mocha flavor and OMG! This is literally hot cocoa! Only thing missing is some cream, maybe a bit more sweetner if you prefer it sweet and some marshmallows! I promise if you want your kids to have a healthier solution drinking cocoa, this is it!!! Delicious! . . .Now for my Ryze drinkers, be sure to do a comparison for the benefits! They are both healthy mushroom drinks but both offer excellent but different benefits! I am adopting this drink as an added beneficial solution to my morning routine (I always had 2 cups of coffee so why not!), not a replacement because I want the best they both have to offer!! Looking forward to the other flavors!!! If you are on the fence, go ahead and get this Host Defense! It won't disappoint!

Was hoping for more
The calories are high and the nutritional breakdown isn't clear as to how much caffeine. It takes 2 servings to add enough texture and the caffeine effect. Flavor is great but if your are on a calorie restriction diet there are better ways to go.

I have been a subscriber to this product for quite some time. It's a good price, I trust the manufacturer, and it tastes pretty good. I tend to mix it with my instant coffee in the morning. I don't know the medicinal value of the ingredients, but I do believe they can't hurt and are worth a try. Seems to be good on my stomach in the morning also. I will continue to subscribe and enjoy this product. Very happy, satisfied customer!
