Great for cigars, tobacco, and other similar dry goods. We use it to keep our Peter Stokkebye blends from getting to humid or too dry. If you have some bone dry stuff that you're trying to rehydrate, then I'd recommend going up in humidity percent, but this works fine in a pinch as well. They last a pretty long time in a sealed jar, but will dry out eventually, especially if exposed to air.

These hold humidity very well. I have a humidity gauge in a jar with one of these packs and it has held a constant 58 for like 6 months. Easy to use and small

I like them the product helps very effectively with managing the curing process of my harvest makes the job much easier It does perform as stated .However it is very expensive ad I cant really say that I think it is good value for the money because of the high price. It is very important to control humidity levels in the curing stage and this product will do that . They also come in handy sizes for your canning jars

Ich nutze die Boveda Packs mit 58 % jetzt schon eine Weile und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden damit. Für mich ist das vor allem eine einfache Lösung, um meine Kräuter konstant auf einem guten Feuchtigkeitsniveau zu halten, ohne ständig selbst nachregeln zu müssen. Am besten gefällt mir, dass das wirklich komplett unkompliziert funktioniert: Pack einfach ins Glas legen und es erledigt den Rest. Ich musste bisher nichts kontrollieren oder nachjustieren, was im Alltag ziemlich praktisch ist. Die Feuchtigkeit bleibt stabil, und ich habe nicht mehr das Problem, dass alles entweder zu trocken oder zu feucht wird. Die 58 % Variante finde ich persönlich angenehm, weil das Material dadurch nicht zu weich wird, aber trotzdem sein Aroma behält. Es bleibt gut nutzbar und trocknet auch nicht unnötig aus. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist für mich der Preis, weil man die Packs regelmäßig austauschen muss, sobald sie „hart“ werden und ihre Funktion verlieren. Auf Dauer summiert sich das schon etwas. Trotzdem überwiegt für mich klar der Nutzen: wenig Aufwand, zuverlässiges Ergebnis und eine konstante Qualität. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen, weil sie mir im Alltag einfach Arbeit abnehmen.
