After mold exposure and dealing with a a uti that I had to take multiple rounds of antibiotics for, I found this. It was my first ever purchase from Amy Myers line of products but it worked so well I ended up adding Primal Earth Probiotics and Microb-clear to my current daily regimen to deal my gut from sibo. After 5 weeks I'm finally about to eat almost normal again. I still eat alot of salmon and Jasmine rice though lol. I'm able to eat tacos, CHILLI, spinach dip, carnitas WITH onions. None of these things were possible before without serious consequences...(brain fog, constipation, diarrhea, etc). My bowel movements have returned to what they used to be. When I skip taking these enzymes I notice the difference. I'm hoping to be able to get off of them after another few weeks but for now it's really changed my life after the battle I've experienced with mold exposure and unnecessary antibiotics. Highly recommend these.

When having a multitude of complex medical issues and don't know where to start - this would be a good place your gut. Not all digestive things are created equal so research is definitely needed in order to find what works for your needs. I tend to go for natural, clean ingredients and I am gluten free so it makes things a bit more difficult to find. Most people get confused between Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes which is understandable, but I feel like both do right by your gut - just finding the right cocktail is the key and proves difficult sometimes. Not to fret though - this product is solid and I would say is worth the bang for your buck. I wouldn't say it helped me in the way that I thought it would, but it didn't hurt me either. I used this for bloating and basically to see if I could distinguish if my body was absorbing nutrients properly. Lots of people are sensitive when trying new things - this one gave no side effects which was super nice. Easy to swallow pills with no after taste just makes things that much better. I have tried several different digestive enzymes over the years and this one I deem top notch, best one I have tried. When in doubt do research and read reviews because it does make buying decisions much easier.

I have followed Dr. Myers Elimination diet hoping to clear up my severe pustular psoriasis. I have been on the protocol for 6 weeks and have seen significant improvement in the amount of plaque but I continue to have the outbreaks just not as severe. I plan to continue on the protocol for 4 months in hopes that I can avoid taking the carcinogenic HUMRIA injections. These enzymes seem to work as well as other digestive enzymes that I have taken for several years but they are pricier. I'm giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 due to the higher price without any observable difference in effectiveness.

I have now been taking this product for over one month. I use these digestive enzymes to help digest the various foods that used to slowly ferment in my digestive tract overnight keeping me awake for several hours each night. This has gone on for several years while I tried (to no avail) prescription and over the counter medications, other brands of various enzymes, and avoiding different foods from the FODMAP diet. Using these enzymes has offered me the most hope even in the first days while experimenting with taking 1 or 2 capsules @ each meal. While things are NOT perfect, I still have to follow the FODMAP diet but I am now enjoying a much better quality of sleep and therefore a better quality of life.

Night and day!!!! NIGHT AND DAY!!!!! Before these pills, there was…gurgle, pain, toot, gurgle, toot, gurgle, pain, pain, pain, gurgle!!!!! Now…nothing!! I do also take Tudca, but there were a few days I didn’t have Tudca, and the effect was the same. Sometimes at night if my belly is gurgling, I take one capsule, and my belly calms in minutes. Enzymes are what we need!!

I am so glad I found this!!!!!! I have tons on stomach issues and have just recently received a not so good word from my doctor. I was told to search for Dr. Amy Myers because she has designed over the counter products that ACTUALLY HELP with gastroentestinal issues. I am amazed at how these enzymes do help my stomach breakdown food. I would be bloated and gassy constantly. It takes awhile for this to work, like not immediately I was gassy my first couple of days, I fortunately am self-employed so staying home was no big deal.

These enzymes are very effective for me. I have many digestive issues as most people with Hashimoto. When I first bought these I took them to my chiropractor to test on me to see if they would work for me. He did, and he gave me the green light to use them. I take 2 before a meal and depending what I eat and knowing my body I may take 2 more after the meal. They work GREAT for me!! *****HOWEVER, order them at least 1 week before they run out; YES, they say "prime" but my last order was made on 9/6/18 and they were delivered on 9/13/18. I was going on a trip and felt I had ordered them with plenty of time to get them before I left. Needless to say, that was NOT the case. I had to go on my trip without any enzymes. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SHIPPING, PRIME SHOULD BE 2 DAYS FROM YOUR ORDER DATE OR 3 IF YOU MISSED CUT OFF TIME, BUT NEVER 7 DAYS LATER. :(

Caused digestive problems for me even when taken without the foods that are hard for me to digest. Very disappointed. Waste of a lot of money. Probably why my doctor did not recommend it.
