Easy to take and gentle on my stomach. It has helped keep my digestion more balanced, and I’ve been pleased with the results. I would buy it again. It really was an asset when I went overseas.

Surpriingly, Saccaromyces Boulardi has not been a "mission accomplished". However, the health challenge has been there for a long time and S/B comes highly recommended.

***update*** I went about 8 months without taking it and my body started going back to the way it was. This is a confirmation to me that Florastor offers what I need. Changed my life completely and that's not just a cliche. I did a lot of research like you are doing reading this review. I had all sorts of stomach problems going in, with some advice I looked into probiotics. I decided on Florastor because according to their research it helped a lot of people that were lactose intolerant (which I am). I write this review after using it for a year, I'll describe just a little of my stomach issues. Starting this probiotic I had pinpointed certain foods that really affected me; fast food, burgers, dairy, etc. I basically couldn't eat anywhere unless it was a salad with vinaigrette without going to the bathroom 30-60 minutes later. It was sad because burgers and pizza are always my food of choice. I know partially caused by diet but I had diarrhea at least 3 times a week and it was time to make a change. My diet has changed a little but mostly because my job doesn't take me on the road anymore. Within a couple months of daily use of Florastor I was able to see an improvement. Unhealthy meals or dairy would make my stomach uncomfortable but I wouldn't have soft stool as often (maybe 4 times a month). Over continued daily use now about 1 1/2 years I can eat italian, mexican, burgers, etc and not really not see an affect on my stomach (my love handles yes). I still can't eat a lot of ice cream without having gas but I haven't had a problem more than gas for several months. Along with a conscious change in diet and being consistent on taking pills my life has completely changed. I recommend this product. But buy it on Amazon, it's always cheaper even with coupons.
