Our first camera we received did not operate due to a faulty connection. I contacted Customer Service via live chat. We were very pleased with the service we received. Vimtag sent us a new camera right away. The second camera we received works great. Very easy installation with clear directions. The picture is clear and the movement of the camera is easy to operate.

This works great. I use it to make sure my garage door is closed! It was easy to set up, and it’s been reliable and maintenance free for 2 years now. Great night vision also.

I developed seizures a few months ago, so obviously, I need to work with my doctors. We got this camera (and the basic cloud storage monthly subscription) to keep track of me, plus when my Husband is out, he can check in on me. I love how quick it was to set up! Took me MAYBE 10 minutes (I'm kinda slow lol). It has great visual quality and I love that it rotates around the room. The app is fairly easy to use, you just have to sit and play with it for a minute to see what all it has to offer. I love that I was able to section off which part I wanted to download, that was just a seizure, and not a whole hour or more. It seems durable, but it's not like I'm throwing it around or anything. And security wise, it's nice for my Husband to have visual access to make sure that I'm okay. Now if other people can access the camera or cloud, I don't know, but I hope that I'm entertaining to them lol. Give the camera a try, for the price and the customer service.... which is great by the way, they emailed me to set up the warranty for me! As someone with a neurological disorder, this meant the world to me!!! Less confusion for me!!! Customer service is top notch!

Great value got price, no issues just plug and use have multiple in my home for kids / dogs watching from phone and ability to talk through while at work is great

Need a reliable camera? Get anything but this. Need to adjust the camera angle with your phone? Get anything but this. I just tried for an hour to get my camera (which worked fine for a week) back online after moving it to another room and it finally started working again until I remotely attempted to tilt it. Now it's back to being a piece of absolute trash. I have 3 of these cams and I am about to demolish all of them with a hammers. I'm not kidding. Update: After smashing one to pieces I feel a sense of liberation and relief.

Do I really need a security camera. No. But I'm glad I bought this one. It lets me watch my cat during the day. She's aging and I am just curious as to how she's doing. Easy to set up, connectivity is good and I'm satisfied with the cloud storage price. Automatically connects to my TV so I can see when she's downstairs. So overall great quality. The price was phenomenal.

Good quality, easy to set up. I like that you can hear and see. You can also talk to your pet or child if needed. Very clear when it is light in the room. When it is daytime it shows color. Night view is good just more black and white.
