If you have very fair skin, this stuff is amazing

Full coverage that looks natural and lasts all day!

Not a lightweight foundation. This is full coverage. On the pluses, it covers a lot. Very opaque. Creamy with a radiant finish. Smell is barely noticeable. Wide range of colors. On the flipside, very difficult to use without being cakey. I used a spatula brush, foundation brush, fingers but still cakey. It might work best with a damp sponge. Finally mixed it with mineral primer, ELF in the white pump bottle, and managed to sheer it out enough to lay down a thinner coat. I did exfoliate and moisturize previously. See picture. The color is tricky. I needed a cool pinkish hue and thought this was it but it's too light. Makes me look washed out. After adding some liquid blush to it, the color is better. All in all, this product is too difficult to work with and I'd not recommend.

For comparison of Milani Alabaster, I did a swatch of that thicker, and blended out (on top/ closer to my hand) plus a swatch of Nyx Can't Stop in Pale thicker and blended out below that. As can see, they're similar shades, though Nyx runs a bit yellower. Milani is a better color match for me, and i personally don't like super matte foundations. This is a good foundation. I understand why people rave about this product because it's pretty easy to use a small amount, or a larger amount without it looking gross. I tend to go on the more light-medium side of things, but you could build it up. It also lasts better than my more matte foundations too, and I'm very oily, in a humid climate. The price is good, it didn't make me break out. The biggest draw back for me is a VERY strong fragrance. It's not a particularly good scent either. If that bothers you, if you're allergic or sensitive to artificial fragrance, stear clear. Otherwise, I recommend it.

I use both drugstore and luxury foundations and this is my ultimate Holy Grail. Please, Milani don't ever stop making this! It's so creamy with amazing coverage and the lightest shade Alabaster is actually light enough for the truly fairest of fair skin. Nothing else compares to this foundation and I've tried dozens. My favorite luxury foundation is the Face Atelier Ultra Foundation, but it's a much thinner consistency and lighter coverage. I've noticed on days I wear the Milani, women regularly compliment me and ask me what base product I'm wearing. That doesn't happen with any other foundation since the old Loreal Smooth Absolue I wore ten years ago, not the serum one, the original one with the brush attached to the bottle. This gives me such a supple, natural, slightly satin finish that I love!
