trovato bene. È facile da bere e si scioglie abbastanza bene nel latte o nell’acqua. Dopo qualche settimana ho notato un aumento di peso e più energia durante l’allenamento. Il gusto è buono, anche se un po’ dolce. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto del prodotto e lo consiglio a chi vuole aumentare massa muscolare.

Viele Kalorien
Hab den Mass-gainer zwei Jahre lang im Winter grnutzt. Eine tolle all in one Lösung für den Bulk. Aber Vorsicht... das sind echt viele Kalorien. Also erstmal Macros zählen und schauen ob man das wirklich braucht.
