This product is so great. I take it before bed. It doesn’t upset your stomach. I’m relaxed just enough to fall asleep and stay asleep all night.

This is a very high quality product. I must take magnesium daily. I have had to try different brands over the years to see what works best with my body, and I do have a couple of favorites. Not all magnesium supplements work the same. You must do your own research as to what formula is best for you. I am happy I found this brand. It works so well.

I take this nightly to ease jaw pain caused by TMJ. I’ve seriously noticed a difference since starting this!! Have been taking it for months now and repurchased multiple times. Great for anxiety also.

Gentle and effective. No loose bowels with this one, however it will make your morning bathroom time more comfortable. It really is gentle. Two capsules a day works well to relax my neck muscles during the day and then I take the 2nd one before bed and sleep well at night. Give it a few days, you'll see the difference. CanPrev imho is a quality brand as I've used many of them in the past. I recommend it.
