Great olive oil
Delicious olive oil from a family farm Highly recommend!

Delicious, premium-quality olive oil.
We love this olive oil. We love that it's organic, and we love its intense, "real" olive-oil flavor. Properly stored and used, it has no hint of rancidity. We choose never to cook with this olive oil. In our opinion, the quality is just too high to risk the damage to both flavor and nutrients caused by heat. We do add it to foods, once they are cooked (e.g. drizzling it over pasta or adding it to sauces). And, of course, we use it in salad dressings and other non-heated foods. If you like the taste and quality of "real" olive oil, you might give this one a try.

No harvest date on the bottle
Olive oil does taste very good get a slight burning in the back of the throat so seems like it's fresh but it's sad that there is no harvest date on the bottle that's a concern

Questioning if it's real Olive Oil and only Olive Oil
I truly question that this is real olive oil or a blend of different oils. Anyone who has researched the real and unreal EVOO knows that real olive oil leaves a slight burning to the back of the throat when consuming. This oil doesn't leave a hint of a burn. Not feelong good about my purchase and they do not accept returns.
