I've owned a lot of cookware over the years, and the HexClad 4.5 Quart Hybrid Nonstick Deep Sauté Frying Pan has quickly become the pan I reach for most. The size is nearly perfect. It's deep enough for one-pot meals, stir-fries, pasta dishes, and braising, yet still feels balanced and easy to maneuver. The hybrid cooking surface gives me the confidence to get a beautiful sear while still enjoying the convenience of a nonstick pan. Cleanup has been surprisingly easy. Even after cooking sticky sauces or browning meats, a quick wash is usually all it takes to make it look new again. The construction feels exceptionally solid, heats evenly, and performs well on every burner I've used. I also appreciate the versatility. It transitions effortlessly from stovetop to oven, and the included lid makes it ideal for simmering, steaming, or finishing dishes. Yes, it's an investment, but it's one of those kitchen tools that earns its place every single day. If you're looking for one pan that can handle almost everything from breakfast to dinner, this is it. I can honestly say it's one of the best pieces of cookware I've ever owned, and I'd buy it again without hesitation.

This is a very nice pan. It’s large enough to roast a chicken. Yet it’s not heavy like a cast iron dutch oven. Also, not having a giant handle, like some pans do, makes it easier to use in the oven or on the stove top. So far, the non stick coating is holding up, but more time is needed to see if it truly holds up.

I have seven pots and pans from hexclad. These are great! They absolutely out perform any other brand I’ve had. Heat up rate is quick and uniform. No cold spots. Cleaning is easy but need to pay ate when cooking starchy foods or sauces. Best pots and pans! One thing I hate is the burnt or cook marks on the bottom of pots and pans from long usage. I think hexclad addresses this issue by continuing the hex pattern on the bottom of the pots. So far so good. But haven’t had them long enough to state one way or the other. But definitely recommend and will buy at least one more!

Nice finish, sides are high enough to cut down on spatter when lifting lid. Fry’s well and stir fry is great. Exceptional pan, so much better than old no stick pans. We tossed them and got more hex clad.

These are definitely very strong pans, I did exactly as stated to oil before use and the 1st time I used it I had sticking, it cleaned up very well, the 2nd time just a little sticking so hopefully as I use it it will not, they also heat up very quickly, they are a little on the very heavy side, but I believe they will last a very long time, so yesterday I ordered two more pans and they arrived same day, very nice sturdy cookware.

Love this pan. Good heat distribution and easy cleanup. Season before first use. Great for stove top or induction. I’ll use this one pan a lot.

This pot is amazing, I have cooked it in several times. Yesterday when cooking my fire got a little too hot & the food started to stick to the bottom of my pain. I was like this will be a mess. I was amazed how the burn parts came up with no problems. These pots are worth every penny, thank you

Honestly, one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while. The pan is a bit heavy so that takes some getting used too. Other than that; the food just glides as if it were silk. And it’s super easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. Yes please !
