BHFLED110 PowerHeat Bathroom Exhaust Fan, Heater, and LED Light Combination, 110 CFM

Reading the negative reviews on this product leaves me puzzled. Yes it was a bit of a challenge to install but not all that bad and not any worse than the last one I put in. No, it doesn't come with switches but if you can't but switches and install them yourself you SHOULD call an electrician. Noise level is just fine, if you are moving air there will be some noise. I love the look, it throws heat instantly, draws a good level of air through the vent and the light is super.

I am super picky about bathroom vent fans and having one that has heat that actually works. This is by far my favorite vent fan. It works great at clearing the bathroom and the heat is perfect. I would buy this again and again for any home!

I bought 3 of these & installed them in a Bentley & beam house. We went with mini splits to save operating cost so I don't have separate heat in the bathrooms. There provide good exhaust, an extra light, and some warmth on demand. Another positive factor is the squirrel cage type set up is not as loud as the cheap bath exhaust fans. I would like to see a little more heat out the vent but this house has 9' & 11' ceilings, so we will see. I use an individual single line 20 amp 120 volt circuit to prevent from over heating the circuit with longer use. Follow your local electric codes for installation, but easy for the DYI person to install.

Not perfect but pretty good. Heater is wonderful on cold mornings. Build quality seems just okay. Not quiet, but not loud. All in all, good enough to buy another for the second bathroom.

The fan is reasonably quiet for the volume of air that it moves. The bath is fairly large and requires good airflow. We installed it on a timer and set it for 20 minutes after a shower. The led light is bright and has a nice color temperature. The heat function really nice in cold weather. Installation was done by an electrician, but appeared to be straightforward.

Really good bathroom fan. You can program in whatever color you want the light to be. The absolute best part is the forced air heat. On those cold mornings being able to heat the bathroom is just amazing! Once you have one you will be hooked for life!

I would agree with some of the other reviews, replacing an existing fan with this one can be a bit more challenging as this one is designed to have full access from the rafters below with the ceiling opened. With some planning the installation challenges can be mitigated if you are doing a replacement like I did, but it still had its points during installation that wasn't fun, unfortunately the wiring was also on the opposite side from the old one and the new one is on the side in a cramped spot in the attic with poor accessibility so it required some prewiring of some lengths of Romex before setting it in place, so keep that in mind too if it is going to be in an area in the attic that will make the wiring hard to access. The exhaust fan works great, and is much quieter and more powerful than the one it replaced, I think the old fan was undersized as there was always still lots of moisture on the walls and ceiling and it was starting to cause mold issues (why proper CFM is important), but this one keeps the moisture in the bathroom during even a hot shower to almost nothing now. The LED light is very bright, we run the fan off a timer while we shower and many times we don't need to turn on the main lighting in the bathroom when this is on. The heater works pretty good, it seems like it is a little louder than I would have expected and noticed a slight vibration sound when it is on, but it has heat coming out almost instantly. I did an amp check with the heater on and it draws just a bit over 12A, it calls for a 20A circuit and 12 AWG wire for the heater and that's exactly what I used and pay close attention if you are going to use a timer for the heater and make sure it is rated for it.

Great product, heater is good fan is good and the LED lighting is great, adjustable for type of lighting and it’s dimmable so you can use it as a night-light.
