It’s soft and quality is decent. Since it’s larger than the standard sizes, it covers more of the body. It warm almost immediately when turned on. I find the highest setting to be a little too hot for my taste, so I stick to the lower temperature settings. The heat distribution is so-so. The middle being the warmest and the ends being cooler, but since it’s larger, that doesn’t seem to matter as much.

Honestly, I put it in the highest setting and it’s not as hot as I expected or wanted it to be, I like it super hot because when it’s really hot it helps with my cramps. I mean it is pretty hot and does the job but I wish the heat would feel the same through my clothes rather than me having to lift up my shirt and put it against my bare skin to feel the heat better. It is nice and soft tho and it covers my body which I like. Overall I like it and it does its job.

This is absolutely the most EXCELLENT product for keeping your body warm, muscles relaxed, and absolutely delivers on what its supposed to do. It is EASY to use. a) Plug In to the outlet b) Press the button on the gadget to set your heat level, c) wrap heater around part of body that needs it. OMG. This has saved my life of pain. It's incredibly safe as well. 100 Stars in my humble opinion.

I’ve been using this since Jan 2024, still turns itself off, heats evenly, still flexible, still cozy, distinctive heat settings. I’m still very very happy with this heating pad, large enough to cover my back, not heavy. I am not inclined to wash it, as I’m concerned about the outcome. Don’t worry, it doesn’t smell, I usually use a dish towel over it. Has anybody else had good luck washing their electric equipment? Electricity and water doesn’t mix very well.

While this heating pad gets HOT, you don't have to worry about getting burned (the last heating pad I had- I got some serious second-degree burns and bad blisters). There are three heating levels. Please see the photos of the timer- it is pretty simple to use- low, medium, and high. I didn't like that there is no timer on the heating pad- and it seems to turn off after an hour or two (I never have really kept track). But I use a heating pad most- at night- and the fact I don't know how long it takes to turn off- which means the lack of a timer isn't a bothersome feature with this pad. After almost a month- I don't think the feature is as important as I once thought. What I loved was that the night this heating pad broke, I ordered this one and had it in under 12 hours. I like to have heating pad access 24/7- so when the one I had broke after about a month and a half- I picked one out that was cheap and that would come quickly. Because it seems, no matter how much I choose to pay for a heating pad- none of them last me long. Why not try a cheap one after the expensive one broke after a month and a half? The one that lasted the longest was the only one I got for free- from my insurance (a few years ago). And it was the cheapest of the bunch. The most expensive one- gave me second-degree burns (with warnings I finally found out was in the fine print- the very very fine print they later pointed out to me) and broke after a month and a half. So I will see how this one lasts- so far so good. The heating pad size is overly large- as you can see in my photos- I took three larger paperback books and set them on the pad and there was still room on it- width-wise. The cover of the heating pad is also nice- and very comfortable. I also included a photo of the controller. I would encourage others, as I do with all heating pads after being burned- if you are using the beating pad on your bare neck or shoulders, even your back- don't fall asleep the first few times until you are sure your body can take the heat. You never know- the other pad wasn't even set to that high of a level (a five out of nine) when it burned me- it just got that hot. However, this heating pad has not done anything like that to me- I just always warn others now- just to be safe. I have had this heating pad for a month in a few days. So far I have had no issues, other than the fact there is no timer and that has not bothered me as it stays on long enough for me to fall asleep. I would say this is a great heating pad that can come to you quickly (if you make the right selections). And for a rough user- this one is still in good shape. However, if and when I have issues I will update this review accordingly below (and with a loss of stars, if needed). And if you're thinking of this item as a gift for anyone- I think you are an angel as I would love to be gifted heating pads as a present. After a little more than a month of use (started to use it on Now. 30) this heating pad no longer works. I am tired of spending money on these things and then- they quickly break. However this heating pad gets the award for breaking the fastest. So, unless you want to pay to possibly use a heating pad for a few days after it most likely could have been returned (like I want to deal with that drama- returning it)- try another one. For the money this one wasn't too bad but for it to break after a month with it's lack of any features- I would try anything else (if I were someone else). Thank you.

This heating pad is the perfect and most weren’t it. It’s been two years since I have had my heating pad the quality of the material. The order is all worth it. It’s been two years and I have not had a problem with it. I have not washed it and I carry it to work and I use it at home and my kids use it as well and I have used it for a couple surgeries I have had in my daughter receiving used it for when they’re on their Period and honestly needs a lifesaver. It has three settings, which is great..

I have only had this for a few weeks, and the fabric is already unraveling at the seams. However, I do use it quite a bit due to back pain. The material/fabric is soft and cozy, and the simple three heat settings work for me. It can be warm to very hot. Lightweight and easy to use. Just disappointed in the quality.

This heating pad warms up much faster than others we have used. It can be placed wherever heat is needed, such as the back, shoulders, neck or legs. After using it, the body feels relaxed and comfortable. The different heat settings, from low to high, make it easy to choose the right level of warmth. Very useful and effective!
