Comfortably hot, sticks well if strategic, helps with stiffness & pain
Works very well! Better than any adhesive warm pack Iโve ever used. I like that itโs actually โhotโ and not like the burning icy hot feeling. Itโs like a portable heating pad on my neck. The only thing is that you gotta put it on once correctly or else itโs not gonna stick very well. I learned that after making adjustments (the neck area is harder to stick too since itโs not flat like low or mid back is), so I used tape to keep it on. I found that after an hour or so with the tape, the product was sticky again so I didnโt need the tape anymore. It really helps the pain from my chronically stiff muscles.

Best Buy Ever This product helps achy, muscles, tired bones.. and it also lasts for six hours long so if youโre on the go, itโs a great thing to have. I think itโs the best product out there.

Works after adjustment
I originally got these for my neck, as shown on the box photo. But the adhesive is horrible, wouldn't stay put. So, my knee also hurts (old age pains lol). Decided to put it over my knee, then use duct tape to tape over the product adhesive ends, to make it stay on. Worked like a charm. BUT, the product doesn't get hot, barely lukewarm. It does feel good, but wish it got a little warmer.

Yes, I have using this product for the past 2 years! I does help while itโs on. I use it on my lower back! I know, itโs supposed to go on your neck, but thatโs where I use. The price is right and it arrives quickly, so I am never without.

The paper is scratchy
The paper is not soft at all, but very coarse and scratchy, thereby negating what might have been relief. Heat is slight and superficial, frustrating when deep heat is needed. After ten minutes of tolerating it anyway, trying to convince myself that "it's better than nothing", it was tossed.

These help ease pain and muscle tension. Can be hard to stay in place when sleeping. Also, skin needs to be moisture free to adhere and stay in place.
