梱包が最悪。もしかして、初めから傷あり、、、
段ボールと商品の間に紙を詰める等の措置がされておらず、スカスカの状態。荷物を受け取った時、商品が動いてるなあと思っていたら、案の定、ブリスター箇所が破損。通常サイズより大きいタイプなので、箱のまま飾ろうとしていたので、非常に残念。商品説明に、「箱は製品を保護するためのもので、これかま破損していても交換はしない」と書いており、初めから「傷もの」を販売しようとしていたとしか思えない。この商品は、箱も商品の一部であり、メーカー公式の販売にも関わらず、箱は製品では無いと認めることも残念。このサイズはなかなかない為、非常に楽しみにしていたので、残念で仕方ない。返金し、再購入も考えたが、この事を伝える術が無いので、泣き寝入りし、この状態で納得することにしました。商品が傷物だったのか、発送担当するAmazonが紙で隙間埋めておれば、発生しなかったのか、必ず検証して欲しい。箱も含めて商品というメーカーの自覚も欲しいところ。気はおさまりませんが、諦めます。当然、星1つ。本当は、ゼロにしたい。

Usel frakt
Beställde julklapp och trodde i min enfald att dom skulle packa in den som vanligt. Istället sätter dom fraktsedeln direkt på lådan. Vilket gör att lådan är förstörd och sonen fick en glimt av julklappen flera veckor i förskott 🤦🏻♂️
