How to sanitize before first use?

Hello from Fivona brand, That is a really good question, thank you for that. It is always recommended to wash the sitz bath seat before and after each use. Give it a thorough wash with a good amount of soap and then rinse the soap off with a large amount of water.

Was i supposed to get something else besides The seat? Like the flusher?

Hello from Fivona brand, This particular listing is for the seat only, no flusher included. Please feel free to contact a us at any time if you have more questions.
