I had researched this type of product awhile back and I found what I was looking for with this product. It meets the mg requirements for the formula to be effective. I saved it in my wishlist quite a while back knowing that some day I was going to need it. I started feeling quite a bit of joint pain in a few places this year. I ignored it for as long as I could. It got bad enough for me to pull the trigger on this supplement I saved. About 5-7 days after initially starting it I felt some relief. It is noticeable! Wow! I’ve been getting out of bed quicker. At this writing I’ve been taking it for two weeks and I felt compelled to write this review. The size of the pill is a little big but it’s not a dealbreaker. I am grateful to the company that brings this to people that need relief! Joint pain can be treated. This advanced formula makes it possible.

This maybe early to tell, but I’m on about day 7 taking this supplement. I’m 38 I’m a hairdresser and have been waking up with shoulder pain and carpal tunnel pain every morning for several months now. I can say it’s definitely improved. My shoulder pain is gone, my carpal tunnel is still there but significantly improved. Definitely worth a shot it your dealing with similar issues

I'm a busy mom of two, work full-time and I play competitive volleyball. I am 40 years old. I am not being paid to write this. I'm way to busy to write reviews but I am so impressed with the quality of this product, I had to share. My knees, joints and achilles tendons were stiff and aching, they hurt so bad the next morning after playing volleyball. I just thought that was life but once it started to creep up during games and after brief neighborhood walks, I knew I needed to do something about it. I remembered when my dog was old we gave him cosequin for his hip joint pain, I thought maybe they had that same product for humans . (They dont 😂) I did what you're doing now, got on Amazon started looking and instantly overwhelmed with all the choices. I'm a teacher, money is tight! I thought, find a product with decent reviews, a full 2 month supply and won't break the bank. (Keep in mind the cheaper ones usually aren't a full month supply!) This product met the parameters I had set. By the third day of taking this product, I woke up and could walk down the stairs instantly. I could move my knees easily after sitting at a desk for 3 hours. I had zero joint pain during my volleyball game. But we all know nothing's perfect. Unfortunately, the pills are rather large and you have to take three of them. Choking down three horse pills every morning can be annoying and if you don't have a little bit of something on your stomach it could cause little upset tummy. So I like to eat my oatmeal and then take them. But the pain relief I receive from this product is worth it. If this company could figure out how to condense this formula down to one giant horse pill or three small Advil size pills, it would be the perfect product. Thank you ! Real customer BP

A few years ago I started to experience knee pain while exercising. I decided to purchase this product as it Received a lot of positive reviews, and those reviews were right. Not long after I began using this product I noticed an improvement in my knee pain and over time the issue resolved. The only downside to this supplement is the fact that you have to take 3 large pills a day. This might be an issue for anyone who has difficulty swallowing large pills.

This is great. It’s just a little something extra I do to try and maintain my joints and keep them from getting any stiffer or more painful than they already are. When I take them regularly and don’t miss I get relief after about five or six days. So I am very motivated to not miss days!

Update: I can confirm now that between my cortisone knee shots and regular voltaren regiment helped my knee pain. Still limping and with pain if twisted a bit. I am still taking this meds though hoping it will help. But the great reviews most likely coincidence or their condition is not as worse as they thought. Still having all kinds of test from cardiology if I can get a knee replacement surgery to get at least a medium risk instead of high risk. Also, subscribe feature is the same price or even more than just buying when one time when needed, just save on the first order. Previous Review: It's been 5 months with knee pain. Xray shows medial (stage 3) OA bone on bone. Cortisone shots took awhile to give relief for a short time. Till on morning, I cant even walk to the bathroom. Called emergency doctor to approve prednisone pills. Watched YT video that may help. One video of "El Paso Manual Theraphy" suggested bone supplements (but not this brand), so I searched Amazon and this US made supplement seems to be the best. I started it towards the last prednisone pills until a week ago. I am a lot better, still limping and my right knee is the only one that I cannot bend while walking. I am taking this with voltaren gel 2x daily, 5 - 10 min on stationary bike and I'm pain free when I sleep. I use a walker too just to releave my knees some load. I am really not sure which of these treatments is helping me BUT I will continue this regimen since I felt some hope instead of doing the last resort of Knee replacement surgery. I am hoping that I get to be 100% again but for now, I am trying. It's just been a week, but will update my reviews on what happens next.

This stuff works. I’ve been getting it once a year or so. It takes away my joint pain then I think I don’t need it so I don’t reorder - until the joint pain comes back months later and I finally think to order more. This time it took only a week to work but I plan to keep taking it to prevent the joint pain from returning. Finally getting smart.

You may not feel the difference while you take them, but you will notice the difference when you stop. The cartridge on my patellas is worn away so I tried these supplements, the pain wasnt gone but after took a short break from then while I was on a trip, I could tell that they were helping. I only take these and a multivitamin so its easy to rule out other options for the change.

Por la edad me dolía una rodilla, acudi al DR. y me dijo que empezaba el desgaste de cartílago, que tomara coindritina, al investigar que era la coindritina, encontré un artículo de un doctor que decía que la combinación perfecta era glucosamina con coindritina entre los dos ayuda a la regeneración de la los dos articulaciones que al no tener el cartílago empiezan a tener un rose que va desgastando los huesos y quedan como hilos, y este suplemento tomado por tres años, en esos 4 años se toma por 3 meses y se descansa 1 mes hasta completar los 4 años se ve como esas articulaciones ya no están tan pegadas se genera un espacio de por lo menos medio centímetro, este producto cumple con las especificaciones de la cantidad que se debe tomar, mas aparte otros componentes que ayudan a mejorar el problema. Llevó 3 años me falta un año. Lo recomiendo
