Really nice carpet runner. It looks stunning in my hall. It was very creased when it arrived.

Let's start with the good.. The quality of these rugs is actually pretty decent. The claimed 10mm thickness is debatable but it's close. Looks great but as other reviewers have stated WHY do they come folded into a little square? I purchased the 3m x 65cm and the 180 x 65cm and they arrived in a standard sized box. Initially I assumed it was something else! The creases are terrible! I've had them down for a week, trying to work the creases out daily and they are still a trip hazard. I will be trying to carefully steam them over the weekend with them hanging over the washing line so fingers crossed! This is the only downside, otherwise great quality and lovely and soft and actually better quality than more expensive runners I've replaced. The sizes are also better than some others for the real world usage. It does seem like these will be long lasting and easy to clean when required.

I purchased this runner a few weeks ago and on delivery I was shocked to find that the runner had been folded (into a square) and vacuum packed in protective heavy duty plastic. Having opened it I found that the runner was all creased. I did then roll it up hoping that the creases would go but unfortunately, they didn't. The runner is slip resistant and the colour was perfect. I would say that it was value for money and very warm looking, BUT!!!!!! because the carpet was folded into a square it damaged it. The runner would not sit right, therefore, It was unfortunate that I had to return it. I do hope that the manufactures change their packaging methods otherwise, they are going to get a lot of unhappy customers, just like me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 The runner mat is really lovely — the colour is exactly as shown and looks great in my space. The material feels good quality too. The only downside is that it arrived folded instead of rolled, which has left a visible line running down the middle. I’m hoping it will flatten out over time, but it was a bit disappointing on arrival. Other than that, it’s a beautiful mat.

Very pleased with this runner. Good value for money. Stays put doesn’t move or rut up. Looks just like image Bought for tiled floor so elderly dog wouldn’t slip. Unfortunately dog passed away the next day but he liked it for the day he used it 😢

Happy with the runner and the design but lots of creases in it were it’s been folded and when walking on it it slightly moves which is annoying

Lovely rug but shame it is folded as the line is there on the middle. Other than that is lovely and warm.

Habe den Teppich für die Küche als Demo bestellt und bin super zufrieden gewesen. Der Raum sah direkt winterlicher und gemütlicher aus. Ist nun gewaschen im Keller und ich freue mich darauf, ihn Ende November wieder auszulegen 😍

Der Teppich gefällt mir recht gut und für den Preis 👍das einzige was ich bemängel das er gefaltet geliefert wird und es dauert lange bis die Knicke raus sind.habe ihn unter einen anderen Teppich gelegt damit er sich auslegen kann etwa 1 Woche jetzt liegt er und ich bin zufrieden 😀
